So I ordered online and have been waiting on it for well over an hour now I called the store for roughly 15 minutes finally was answered told we'll you and the rest of the world are waiting on ther order and there is nothing I can do about that and slammed the phone down at the end of the call

I sent my sister in to get my order, and the people at the cash register were rude about finding out if the order was done or rather where I was. Then once we got the order the product was absolutely low quality and was nowhere near worth the 87 dollars I spent on it. Im so very disappointed with dominoes and there quality of employees and food at this point.

This was hands down the worst pizza and wings I’ve ever had. Although the order was replaced, the quality didn’t improve—the wings were undercooked, lacked sauce, and the pizza was still disappointing. I want to emphasize that the staff and delivery drivers were incredibly kind and professional, so the issue isn’t with them, but rather with how the food is being prepared. The only redeeming item was the brownies—please don’t change those! However, the overall experience was unacceptable. The store needs serious attention and retraining because the food was inedible and ended up in the trash. I essentially wasted $60.

Dominos has always been our go-to for a late night dinner. Recently when we went, there was a girl helping in the kitchen making pizzas with no hairnet/hat, hair down, and NOT WEARING A UNIFORM. Not only was she not in proper attire for making other people’s food, she was wearing a cropped shirt and flip flops. This made us completely lose our appetite. Then, to top it off, our pizza was uncut.

First date night we’ve had since baby was born 18 months ago. Sadly papa Johns was closed so gave y’all a chance, ordered 25 min before closing. $12 for the nastiest pizza we ever done did have, literally whole thing went in the trash. Smelled so good but was mad thin and way to greasy. Didn’t think much of it until said workers came into the bar we were at not even 10 after closing so assuming that’s why our pizza had 0 effort. Lesson learned, papa won’t let ya down. Just salty y’all keep emailing me now so here I be. Also is it normal for partners to be in the delivery cars while working? Mad weird for two people to be at a job and only one is getting paid.

Nothing worse than a pizza with no sauce. I guess the person in the kitchen forgot that ingredient. It was a greasy bread and cheese meal...too much cheese and no sauce. Wow since when is making a decent pizza complicated

I frequent this Domino's regularly. Some days it's ok, some days it's been less than ok, but today...
Today they did fantastic. Pizza was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, made as requested. Hot and fast. Great work. Thanks. Whoever is working evening shift 4/18/25, needs a raise.
We order vegie pizza they give us pepperoni pizza after that we call domino’s they say we send veggie pizza we call 20 times they don’t answer

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and modern and well decorated, and the pizza is always great quality. I don't know if every Domino's is this good, or if Vincennes just has a great one, but I gave up trying to get a good pizza at the Little Ceasar's right next to my house and I now drive the two miles to Domino's because it's worth it. New stuffed crust pizza was outstanding, and there's ALWAYS coupon offers that make the prices more than competitive.

Paid $11 for philly steak and cheese pizza and it was hardly that. No where near enough toppings on this pizza for $11. Service was great just pizza was lacking

Ridley rocked walked in needing help ordering on the app and Risley helped me figure the app out. He also made the pizza and then when I got the pizza ‘ he made sure we had not just napkins but paper plates or anything else . He was super cool Polite helpful and professional ! the pizza is perfect and the service was excellent . It was takeout and I hope he is there every time we get it .
