Went to order dine in and the manager was yelling at employees for serving on dirty dishes. Saying “ all the stacks were greasy and dirty, I’m not putting up with it anymore” disgusting, disappointing and won’t ever eat at this location.

Service was quick and friendly. I got the classic sampler on promotion for $6.99 in the app. It and the breadsticks were delicious. 🤤 Really my only complaint is it was hot in there. Their A/C was either not working or they didn't have the thermostat set low enough. 🥵

Opt to skip the self serve tablet screen to save yourself the headache. Not user friendly but still a good fazoli's. Food was fresh
Ceilings had holes and bathrooms needed a thorough cleaning. Food and service was fair and the price was good. Wife was not happy with the bathroom.
