Boyfriend asked me to leave 2 stars but I don’t even want to leave 1!! We waited 10 minutes in the drive through for 3 items, an order of fries, nuggets, and a mcchicken. They were not busy when we pulled up, staff was rude and dismissive. Handed our bag to us aggressively saying “here’s that” and nothing more. No one was in uniform, and they were walking around playing on their phones!! There’s lettuce and fries thrown everywhere in the bag and the foods not even warm. My boyfriend and I are now late for work because we waited a total of 15 minutes including our ordering. What bs!!

This place dont even deserve the 1 star!!! I went through mcdonald's on Hart Street yesterday morning 10/22/25 to get my husband and daughter some breakfast, was in a hurry to get my child back to school as she just had a dr appointment. Opened her sandwich and BOOM a piece of wrapper paper from the cheese or something. What baffled me the most, was that it was directly under the top bun. They had to see this as they were putting on the bun to finish the sandwich!! This is a CHOKING hazard 🤦♀️ Absolutely disgusting.

If you are interested in waiting forever for cold, overpriced slop served to you by resentful, unhappy workers that treat you like garbage, try McDonald’s in Vincennes!!! Perhaps you can try one of their NEW “chicken” strips! Now made with pure rubber.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Paid $30 for food waited 25 mins for a damn smoothie so I left without my money back or smoothie after I watched every car that got pulled after me get their food and them take my exact smoothie to a different car.

Gave my online code. They did not even try to use it. Ask for a sausage McMuffin. Got charged for a sausage egg McMuffin. So I had to take egg off. But yeah I still had to pay for it. The lady in back drive taking your money and your orders is very rude. Need somebody new in there with friendly service. This McDonald's is way better to visit during the weekends. The weekend morning crew is way friendlier faster the food's even better experience.

Took forever to get food. While waiting, a customer threw a fit due to waiting too long for 2 ice cream cones. Food woulda been a 4 maybe a 5 if my nuggets were cold as hell and if the count was correct. The 1/4 pounder was really good and fresh. My large fry was maybe a medium due to not being close to full. My sons triple cheeseburger was good according to him.
