This McDonald's has the worst Drive-Thru Service I have ever had. You will sit in line for over 10 minutes and may be lucky to spend another 20 minutes in the parking spots waiting for your food to come over. This has happened to me every single time at the place.
Food takes forever inside too, and there is not good communication or organization.

I come through several times a week and use the mobile app for certain discounts. I came through Tuesday and noticed it did not give me any discount. Came through this morning and it charged my card full price. So I kindly asked the girl at the window why it was not giving me any discount. She went and got her manager who had a great attitude (just kidding she was rude) and told me there was nothing she could do about it the system was down world wide! Well I went through 6th street the day before and it worked just fine. Point being you could at least be semi polite about it if there is an issue and if you need some advice on what to do, I would tell me employees when you ask the customer if they are using the mobile app at the drive thru and they say yes; that would be the time to inform them that it is not working, not after the fact.

I got breakfast and my pancakes were cold 😠and I didn't get my salsa with my burrito 😞 after asking for it multiple times, I know this rant is silly but I feel like every time I come here my fries are cold or stale my Burgers are old. They throw food in bags... Please think about your customers

I asked for a chocolate shake but was given a vanilla. When I told the lady at the window she looked at me and said it was chocolate. When I went back through and told the order window person I wanted a refund because it was vanilla and that I would give the shake back I was told to pull forward. They decided to instead give me a vanilla shake again with what looks like a single pump of chocolate syrup in it(not even mixed up). If I could give a zero star I would but the rudeness was ridiculous.
