Monical's Pizza of Vincennes

Food and service was good however we couldn’t enjoy the beer because they didn’t have anyone in the restaurant to serve it. Pizza and beer was what we wanted but couldn’t enjoy it.

Very good pizza, love the fact that they loaded our pizza with everything never seen pizza fully loaded with everything. Definitely getting more pizza from here.

If you haven’t ate at a Monicals pizza, you have no idea what you’re missing in life! There’s one in Kentland, Indiana, that I always stopped at when I worked in Chicago. There’s also one in Centralia Illinois, that I always ate at when I went to see my grandmother. The one in Vincennes is excellent! I would recommend this if you happen to get over that way.

Parking: The parking lot is extra massive! If you don’t mind walking and you don’t want door dings, there’s plenty of room to park and walk up to the building. Parking will never be an issue at this restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: I saw a man bring three children while I was eating there, and the waitress went out of her way to make sure they were accommodated.

Wheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms are right when you come in the door. All the doors are plenty wide enough to be accessible for wheelchairs. The bathrooms were immaculate.

Staff was just hanging out in the kitchen area when we arrived. We ordered breadsticks, they were MICROWAVED instead of made fresh..and they were so hard! We took them back, waitress never came to check on us. Pizza came out and it was ok, not as done as we would have preferred. We were the only ones in the restaurant as customers for a long while. Really poor service. Which is a shame, because we love Monicals normally. Eat at your own risk!

First time visiting this Monical's location. Service was great and food was great. When we are in the area of one we HAVE to stop. We would stop in again if we were in the area.

Terrible. Awful. We waited 15 minutes and starved. We had a small African child and he was hungry. He hadn’t eaten in 10 days. His stomach was rumbly. People who came in after us got served before us. I’m still hungry.
