We had the same idea as everyone else and came here right after the solar eclipse. It was completely packed to capacity and very chaotic for any restaurant to handle. Yet our server Stephanie was so kind and went above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. From what we could see the whole staff was giving 110%. While the wait was a little longer than normal (understandably), the food was amazing and it was just the cherry on top to a wonderful day. Thanks to all the great staff for their hard work!

Slow service. Average food. I recommend going a block away and having good food and good service at the Cafe Moonlight.

With an extra 100000 people in town for the eclipse things were slow but the staff, as frazzled as they were, plowed through endless seas of customers as fast as they could. Nobody wants to wait for drinks but Nikki and her crew fought valiantly against the hordes of dehydrated eclipse chasers to make sure fun was had. Kudos. Thank you.

The restaurant was clean and the hostess started out as friendly. Once our waitress arrived it all went down there. She was friendly enough. We were the third table in her section. She came and took our order and brought our drinks. And then we NEVER saw her again. After over an hour of waiting for our food or waitress to arrive, neither appeared. So we left. I'm not sure if they were having an off day. Either way not a good look.

Ordered a individual veggie pizza, had like 5 whole stone-cold skinned tomatoes on top. I'm kind of glad there was these odd icy tomatoes though because it made me examine the pizza more closely and found meat on it! Absolutely disgusting!! Service was also slow and atmosphere was extremely loud.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option was delivered with meat!!! Avoid this place at all costs and use caution if you do choose to dine here.

The food was EXECELLENT, but the service was lacking. The person seating us was confused and probably new and untrained. The waitress was away for long periods of time that extended our stay. The food quality would bring us back.

1st time of being here, wasn't impressed. People were friendly but not good service. Then went to pay one server took our money and then gave it to our server, then still had to wait. The food was very good, my friend ordered a individual cheese pizza and hardly was any cheese on it. Probably will be the last time I visit there

So let me start by saying this place is awesome. Great atmosphere for a town of this size. This is by far one of the best options. However, drum roll please. How in the world could they let this leave the kitchen?. Where's quality control?? If you're a waiter, why would you take this to a customer?? It's obviously burnt beyond consumption? Presently dressed in what I had hoped would be a great pizza sauce which they are known for here. But no. Great! Franchises fail because they don't have people checking off the work of their employees. Just saying. I'll probably be back tomorrow night. But I'm not getting the chicken parm.

We loved Old Chicago when it was in Evansville so we thought we’d make the drive to Vincennes to see how it compares. I ordered a draft beer that was a “game day” special but was charged full price and was told “it’s not in our system as being game day.” It’s the first Saturday of March Madness with games being played on the TV’s around the restaurant, but the server looked puzzled when we asked about it. Then, we ordered a large specialty pizza with half being one of the specialty pizzas (meat) and the other half a different one (deluxe) which is how we order it everywhere we go and also how we always ordered it at Old Chicago in Evansville. However, we were charged as a build your own for each topping which came out to $7 more. Again we were told “we can’t put it in our system like that.” I believe you need to update your system. Our server did come back with a new receipt for us with the beer price corrected and a $5 credit for the pizza,, but only after we complained about it. After driving an hour we expected a better experience. The food is still great as I remember it, but doubt we will go back.

My husband and I went yesterday. We are from Newburgh and miss the Evansville location. We waited almost an hour for our food. The place was almost empty, so we're aren't sure why. The waitress was nice and she did apologize. Although we weren't offered any type of discount. That's totally fine. The Pepperoni rolls came out of the same time as our pizza. The Pepperoni rolls were good. The pizza was kind of disappointing. It looked thrown together and could have been sauced way closer the the sides. All in all kind of a bad experience.

Food was fairly good.Service was extremely slow, waited over 45 minutes for food. Server was nice.Boneless wings were over cooked and crunchy. They are open late and we arrived at 9pm but they were already in the process of closing the place down it seemed. Not too interested in seating us quickly and serving patrons in a timely manner. Too many employees worried about being on their cell phones.

Very nice service, clean building, I personally ordered the chicken Parmesan and it took less than 20 minutes which isn't bad considering what I ordered, fresh made in-house sauce and good chicken and pasta. Clean bathrooms and overall a pretty nice environment, if you're in Vincennes I would most definitely drop by.
