Today everything I tasted (catfish, wings, corn, mashed potatoes) was fresh. My steak was tender and delicious. The restaurant and food bars were kept nicely. Employees were very helpful, and personable. I would definitely visit this Ponderosa again!

More attention to customers on refills taking away plates n need to keep hot bar stocked better
My girlfriend and l just left the Vincennes Ponderosa. The waitress that we had didn't come around and check to see if we needed anything. I had wanted some more coffee but the waitress didn't even come around to ask if we needed anything. This isn't the first time that this has happened to us. We're in there about 3 times a week, and with as much money that we spend in there you'd think that we should get better service. It'll be a while before we go back. I'm very unhappy with them.

I was shocked! When the Pondergrossa staff told multiple times , that I did not die an go to Heaven and that it wasn't a 5 star restaurant! Wow could have fooled me !Parking: Omg there so much great parking sometimes I just drive to ponderosa just to park my car.Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in one of those mobile chairs then I m pretty sure you can maneuver just find at this wonderful restaurant.

Was the best food they had in a long time.
