If I could give negative stars I would. My mom and myself grabbed a bit to eat. We were told it was going to be a 10-minute wait on meat. Then when we got our food it was nasty cold. We where told that only one person was there and they didn't know how to make the a strawberry creamy drink. It was waste of money. The food made our stomachs turn. This person was not fully trained. Another employee came in to the store just at the right time to take my mom's money for the order and hand it out. My mom deserves a refund. I don't recommend going here. Update - been sick to my stomach all night and caused me to have diarrhea today.

I hade a lovely experience. The cashier was super friendly with me and our food came out fairly quickly. We were pulled for fresh mozzarella sticks and they were HOT! Will come again.

Kid-friendliness: I came to the drive-through, and I know that Rallys does not have a kids menu, which I’m OK with that. They do offer an all American cheeseburger and that’s reasonable for a kid but the manager that was on shift offered my children a sticker. That was awesome and thoughtful of the manager I do not know her name she had red hair and glasses

You need to change your closing time online. You were closed at 9:30pm but online it says you are open until 1am.

Placed an online order on November 18 said they were open, when we arrived they were closed. They took my money and I called left a message and no return call from the owner. Called corporate 4 times it’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received resolution. Reported to BBB and they still won’t respond to them.
