Doesn't taist like KFC to me and my family but we don't get KFC that often because of the difference in quality and service and all the KFC's are out dated for sure but I guess that's a great way to not spend the profits not any of my business I'm just 1 customer and I'm not going back to the location for sure if it was cheaper id consider it but it's not even a possibility for me most week to spend 40 for one meal for 2 people but I can be a little cheap but I don't have to spend that much at most places I can feed 4 for the same money at most other places and that's not how it should be it's not a big deal but it's not priced correctly for sure how can chicken cost more than beef at most other places

Food was good BUT they forgot our gravy and biscuits and they can't blame it on doordash because doordash isn't allowed to open bags. Btw biscuits were part of the fan favorites box. Would tell the staff but it's like there phone is off the hook. Will post a photo of my receipt. Do better kfc/taco bell.

Absolutely awful! From the service to the food. They wouldn't take anyone's order they directed you to the kiosks, kiosks prompts you to give your name, it doesn't give you a receipt, then when your order is done they yell out order numbers that you didn't get so everyone that has ordered has to touch the food to see if it's theirs, staff wear the same gloves preparing your food as they use to touch every surface in the building without changing them, staff can be seen sitting on places food is prepared, using their cell phones while people wait 20+ minutes to get their food in drive thru and inside although drive through gets a priority im sure for the drive times. Most of the staff are rude, and act like they dont get paid to do what you are asking of them, although I'm sure none of them can be happy it seems none of them have been properly trained, they have inadequate managers who when asked how to do something, do not teach them just grab it from them and proceed to do it themselves. The chicken was overcooked and the taste was just awful. The grease had to be way past needing changed by the taste of it. Their isnt a single thing positive I can say about my visit here. Other than the young boy that attempted to make my order right but was rudely told not to by his manager. I highly recommend mew management as soon as possible, if not this business is going downhill fast.
