When you are out of hard shell tacos, don't suggest driving across town. If you run a business don't suggest going elsewhere, when costs are so high compromise and offer substitute. Don't blame trucks, or management for nit having supplies.

I honestly hate to give bad reviews, but this taco bell was definitely not one of my favorites. I ordered the same thing that i always get when i go to taco bell which is 2 beef chalupas with no tomatoes and an order of nacho cheese fries. When i got the order, there were tomatoes on them, which i absolutely hate the taste and smell of. The fries were cold, and the chalupa bread was so hard and dark, like they were burnt, that i couldn't even eat them. I ended up just scraping the meat and stuff out of them and mixed in my fries and ate it that way. The chalupa bread i had to throw away because it was so hard. I mean like not edible at all. So i won't be coming back to this taco bell anywhere in the near future.
Completely ruined my order, made items they got right incorrectly(missing vital ingredients), added items from the order behind me and tacked on that price, then didn't give a receipt so they could hide the costs. The franchise owners need to come clean house on this one.

The food was fine but the service is terrible. I went through the drive thru, and I wanted to pay for the car in front of me. I get to the window and I literally get yelled at by the manager because the employee at the window got confused. I’m not upset with the employee, I understand that people get confused, maybe she is new… I don’t know. But for the manager to yell at the employee in front of a customer (me) and then open the window and yell at me, that’s not ok at all. I was just wanting to do something nice for someone, and I didn’t deserve to be yelled at like that. And people pay for strangers food all the time, so I really don’t understand how that was so confusing.
