I've been to quiet a few of this chain restaurants in several states. This one is slightly below standards as some of the staff aren't applying the training in aspects of the restaurant such as teh online ordering system. The last few times, I didn't get any silverware or notice via text or email about the status of my order, but there were enough people that were waiting for tpick up that the staff was able to ask my name and a few other cars to see if the order was ready vice utilizing the system that is already in place. Its not horrible, but just a slight inconvenience recieving notifications after you've picked up your food, in addition, if they hurried and not used the format to ensure all the complimentary items are with the order. There is room for improvement, however, the food quality didn't change or the award winning rolls.

Am ALWAYS impressed with the service from the check in to the bar to the wait staff and management! You obviously make sure to hire good people and train them well. The food is always as expected and served hot and fresh.

Son requested Texas Roadhouse for his birthday. Had a party of five. Around 6:15 PM. Only waited about five minutes to be seated. And was pretty busy. Waitress was great. Food was great. This was my first time there.👍🏻

We had a great meal here the other night! We had the usual steakhouse food chicken, steaks, rolls, baked potatoes, etc and everything was wonderful. The service was top notch even though it was extremely busy. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The restrooms were passable. The wait time was acceptable for a Saturday evening. We will return here probably about once a month.
The wait time is crazy very good food tho love the rolls but we had to wait 2 whole freaking hours this is madness.

Don't use there to go service!!! This is coming from a 20 yr vet in the restaurant industry! Food was missing from the order we asked for silverware and sent the kid back to get it for us and still failed. We use to go service because of having a special needs baby and don't have the luxury of extra time to wait for food in a restaurant.

Service was cheerful and efficient. My 14oz prime rib was maybe the worst I've had. It was a room temp flavorless slab of juiceless meat cut to soon that needed a knife and left my plate dryer than the baked potato. I splurged for my birthday and wound up longing to eat my daughter's sirloin. It looked good.

Our server, Tanay, was great! She was very affable, explained how to pay at our table digitally, checked on his frequently to see if we needed anything or refill. What a great girl with a wonderful smile and personality.
