Ordered to go online. Picked up food at to go window and went back to my hotel. Service was great. The food tasted good, or what I got of it anyway. The side of fries was small. I have eaten at Texas roadhouse all over the country and have never seen a portion size that small. They added the butter and plastic silverware to my bag but forgot the two rolls that are supposed to go with to go orders. Had they been super busy I could kind of understand but this was a slow Tuesday night.

Paid with the kiosk on table, only to find out it was wrong one and we paid for a different family’s meal much more expensive than ours. Then after getting that fixed, got our receipt for our actual meal, had an extra charge for an appetizer we didn’t even order. Went back in after leaving to let them know they over charged us, refunded us for the appetizer, then refused for any other compensation for the trouble we went through. But to mess up and over charge us TWICE and not give any form of compensation is insane to me. Horrible experience will definitely not be going back to this location.

The waitress we had was sweet! Polite knowledgeable on everything..her name was Kiersten.very sweet and treated this old man with respect! Will definitely be going back with my wife..this was our 49 anniversary.
