We ordered an appetizer that I was supposed to get for free for my birthday and they never brought it, but we were charged for it. She did take it off the bill, but it expires in 3 days so I wont get to use it. My husbands steak was supposed to be med and it was rare, my steak was so salty you couldn’t eat it, and she never asked if we wanted refills or apologized for any of this.

You won't live hungry! I had a 6 oz steak cooked medium rare, a loaded baked potato, a house salad, and the buffalo wings. Everything was delicious and I am stuffed to the gills! I recommend the strawberry lemonade if you don't want an alcoholic beverage. All of the staff is friendly. It's a good experience at Texas Roadhouse.

New update: went back and had the ribeye again, ordered both medium, mine came back well done, my friends came back raw rare, they remade my steak it took aprox 25 minutes and stood there while I cut it and couldn't believe it was well done yet again! Management took it off the bill and apologized. I believe this will be the last visit to texas Roadhouse in Vincennes. We know things happen, but 3 out of 4 bad meals.UPDATE, we went back and had A delicious steak and also chicken. The waitstaff are awesome. The cooks not so much! I ordered A 8oz fillet medium, I got an 8oz steak raw, with the outside seared inside very rare cold in the middle. They took it back and after 10 minutes they brought me dogfood, Burnt too A crisp and not edible managment couldnt even believe how they sent it back out. They did remove it from my order and I appreciate that, but if the cook cant cook A fillet without butterflying the steak they need A new line of work! Update!!! We went back and tryed them again, the waitress was excellent, fillet was rare yet again but husband ate it anyway. So I guess we wont order A fillet anymore lol. But like I said the waitress was awesome I believe her name was Jailynn. Top notch young lady, have too say shes is praobably the best we've ever had.

They were busy, but waited maybe 10 minutes. Were seated and ordered our food and received it within 20 minutes. Everything was delicious and the waitress was very attentive. Can't wait to go back!
Place was packed. We sat at the bar. Kristen. Felipe and all who served us were great. I had prime rib, wife had chicken. Very good and served fairly quickly considering how busy they were. Thanks Kristen!

We have eaten here several times. Occasionally we have a server that is not as friendly or attentive as others. If you don't like something about your food tell them. I have and they will do their best to make it right. Sometimes, the music is a little loud but it's a roadhouse. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
