This place advertise that they’re open until 11. I went in there eight minutes before 10. The manager told me that they shut down all the fires and grills early so they could close. I am diabetic I needed something to eat. I think this is really rotten business practice just because their employees want to go home early. If you advertise or open and even if you close at 10, I was there before 10 you get paid to clean the grill you get paid to clean the fryer if you don’t wanna work quit.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever received.. we asked for straws and she gave us one we said no we want to she took it back got smirky and said uhh no you said a straw then gets it. What is the point of an attitude over something so small!!!?? The other lady on the intercoms was rude as well. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else. You are not meant for customer service that’s for sure.

Worst McDonald’s Ever!!! Buyer beware!! All the food was cold, and the hamburger buns were so hard you could hardly bite into them along with being burnt. The meat on the buns was so dry that I simply threw it away The only positive thing is that the employee is got the order, mostly right except there was no tea in the dining area and no ice in the ice machine. I’m sure the reason why the order was done so quickly it’s because it had been made prior, and they simply served it. Cold and hard. It was a huge race of money and a mistake. I will never make again

When you go through the drive thru they are absolutely rude to you. Like this one girl who is on the older side has an attitude every time we go through. She acts like she doesn’t want to be their. All me and my mom wanted was a coffee and they couldn’t make it because they already cleaned the machine! Now that is some bull crap if you ask me. I recommend going to a different McDonald’s then this one!!

Placed an online order and it took me longer to get my online order than if I would have stopped there, ordered it and then taken off. It is unreal how long it takes to get an online order delivered or even picked up to your vehicle.
