What a terrible experience. First off, they couldn't find my mobile order that I placed and showed them the confirmation. They the lady was completely rude when she asked what was ordered. Should have checked the bag because that was completely wrong as well. If only Wakarusa had more options, avoid this place if you can.

It’s awful, literally awful. I know when you go to Mcdonald’s you’re not expecting 5 star Michelin quality food but the workers always sound miserable and I’ve never left this mcdonald’s with the correct order. It’s irritating when you paid with your hard earned money and you don’t receive what you asked for. I can get over the poor customer service but at least give me all of my items!

This location is disgusting. Flies all over the dining area. No ice in the soda dispenser. Diet Coke was flat. Counter was sticky and sloppy with discarded cups and straws, napkins. We could hear employees in the back talking rudely about a drive thru customer. My burger was completely dried out and lukewarm. This is not my first bad experience, but it was definitely the last time I will ever patronize this location.

I ordered on the app and waited 10 minutes then a employee finally came and asked if I needed something. I told them about it and they said to reorder. So I reordered waited another 5 minutes and they forgot my vanilla shake, and as you can see in the picture.The chicken is burnt terribly bad they also gave me a medium drink, and I ordered a large

You should not be the one with the headset taking drive thru orders if you are one of the most rude and incompetent people on your shift. The other two workers were super nice handing me our food and drinks. I don’t come to leave reviews often, but that young women who took our order needs to be the one back making the food… and the deluxe mccrispy meal that I ordered, only came with pickles on the sandwich. No lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Just four little shitty pickles. This was after charging me for a coffee drink and then this lady telling me the machine was broke and she didn’t know how to make the money right. That I could just order a hot coffee instead.
Staff and atmosphere was good but Fries were lukewarm and not a full container and cheeseburgers were inconsistently topped and also lukewarm. Also the burgers are now smaller than the buns. McDonald's you need to fix some things as there is better food out there for same price.

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN! Got my order wrong 4 times and overcharged me. Waited for a half hour to get the wrong order 4 times until I just ate what they gave me because I needed lunch before going back to work.

This place used to be hit or miss now its always a miss. The frying oil is usually old the food is always cold and the food is always old. Went back to have sandwiches remade and they still just used old sandwiches and scraped off the ingredients I can't eat. Had to just throw it all away. Nobody here takes pride in working here nor do they show any initiative in not being lazy. But somehow prices have gone up while quality continues to plumet. Avoid this one folks you'll only find disappointment.
