I would stay away from the McDonald's in Nappanee. The services is the worse. The people are not friendly.

When you go through the drive thru they are absolutely rude to you. Like this one girl who is on the older side has an attitude every time we go through. She acts like she doesn’t want to be their. All me and my mom wanted was a coffee and they couldn’t make it because they already cleaned the machine! Now that is some bull crap if you ask me. I recommend going to a different McDonald’s then this one!!

Placed an online order and it took me longer to get my online order than if I would have stopped there, ordered it and then taken off. It is unreal how long it takes to get an online order delivered or even picked up to your vehicle.
Food was so bad I didn't think the service and morning employees could be worse! Ope I was wrong yikes! You have some serious man power issues in the morning! Fr stay away

The interior was dirty and nobody came to to the front table for a very long time. Nuggets for thr kids were cold and fries weren't fully cooked.

They have the Crocs promotion in the system and when you receive your order they don't have it! I asked for my money back and they treated me very badly, crappy service.
