Time and time again we have ordered food from this location to find they are not making food to recipe card specifications. There is never enough meat, sauce or veggies on the subs per the recipe cards. I can say this confidently because I have worked at subway before. I am well aware of the proper amounts of meat, sauce and veggies that are ON the recipe cards. I don't know if it is lack of training, or just kids that don't care or all of the above. This subway is SCAMMING customers and STEALING their money. Subway is stupid expensive, I expect my food to be made correctly. Don't take your business to the wakarusa McDonald's either, they are just as bad. Maybe a case of small town ineptness.

Completely unamused. Waited in line longer than necessary only to have to repeat everything I wanted on my sandwiches multiple times. Customer service was lacking, and so incredibly slow.

I am not a big fan, but occasionally have a Subway sandwich for lunch using the drive through window.Being frugal, I always calculate the totals with sales tax.Quite often, I have discovered the drive through clerks give you a total much higher than it should be.I challenge them on the total and they correct the amount due. When overcharging you, they will not supply a receipt.The cash registers used today calculate the total with sales tax and the amount of change you are supposed to receive.It has happened so frequently, it appears these drive through window clerks are trying to pocket the difference.Has this happened to you?
