I was disappointed, I stopped going to this McDonald's a long time ago because of quality.....hasn't changed

Went through the drive thru last night to pick up a mobile order. We sat in line for 40 minutes waiting for this food. When we finally got up to the window, 3 young teenagers in McDonald's uniforms and one scraggly guy (probably in his mid to late 20's) who was not in uniform, were literally standing in a circle beside the window having a chat while one played on his phone. They literally could not have cared less that cars were lined out to the road, nor that we could see them doing absolutely nothing. We stared at them for 10 minutes before a girl handed us our food... we drove the 2 minutes home and everything we ordered was cold, like it had been sitting there for the entire time I had been waiting. This is unacceptable... this is not the first time this has happened. Train your ppl or shut down, you do not have viable employees or management. Do better!

Cheyenne was nasty and rude for no reason our food was fine but the service was atrocious.

I got in line just before 5pm, the employees took care of the people in front of me, I waited a good 5 minutes watching 4 employees not doing much but taking care of customers at window and walking in circles, nobody waited on me, nobody said I’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. So I walked away; then an employee says hello! I turned around and said no! You wouldn’t wait on me so I’m leaving. They don’t need my business. I would have given no stars if I could. The day managers are fantastic!
Order 8 normal hamburger they were cold. All were missing onions. Half were missing ketchup and mustard. The high school girls that were working were rude. Also had to go back cause they forgot to give is one. They need to hire people who want to do the job right.

It's McDonald's, it's fast, pretty clean, but it's still just McDonald's..... nothing great.
Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten free, they make me a burger without the bun and don't usually complain about doing it that way.
