American Table Restaurant

This is the only time i've been disappointed at the american table restaurant. Maybe it's mostly because the food has always been so terrific and I expect high standards there . I have compared them to the cordon blue in europe before
I asked for my eggs over easy.
I could pick up the cooked yolk in my hand and showed it to the waiter and the person at the cashier and the edges around the outside of the egg were burnt crispy anyway.
The hash browns weren't hot enough to melt my butter.
Aint everybody I mentioned to just looked kind of lost.
But I must say, most of the time. Their food is really excellent.I was just disappointed this time

Stopped by on a Saturday as I had never eaten there. First disappointment was no eggs Benedict on the menu at all. The second disappointment was the absolute lack of personality the server had. Third disappointment was actually the food. It wasn't particularly bad it just had no flavor. Zero seasoning at all from what I could taste. I actually sneezed because I had to put so much pepper on just to get some flavor going on. I assume the lack of seasoning is due to the demographic skewing heavily in the 80s and 90s I believe I even saw a man over 100 being led in by his family. This is wonderful that these people get out and eat. What is unfortunate is if you're not 100 you actually want flavor in your food.

Given the age group the clientele I do not think I'll have any reason to return for another 40 years.

Coffee was decent.

I went there I was seated an young blonde long hair walked by me twice 2nd time yelled out someone name. Finally I got up and left. I found this young lady leaning on the wall clearing didn't want my business and no they weren't busy. This is the 2nd time there employees was rude 1st time was me an friend was there it was close to closing we was talking and finishing our meal an kid from the back came out and asked if we was enjoying our date we said yes he told us we needed to finish at home...(Rude much??) Then there's the managers that bark orders for the whole room to hear. Very unprofessional staff.

Stopped by after a weekend camping trip since the parking lot was full which is usually a good sign. We weren't wrong and were very pleased. Excellent service (awesome Emily!), broad choices, flavorful selections and reasonable prices. We will absolutely add this stop to our travel plans in the future! Thank you for a great experience!!

Definitely worth eating at. Nothing like wow, but just good food, that is not a chain restaurant. Has a good variety of food.

First time. Parking lot was packed! Short wait to get seated with about 20 people in front of us. Even shorter wait for our food, which was great!
SUPER impressed with this restaurant!
