Coming here to compliment our amazing waitress, Cookie!!! Applebees better treat that lady like a QUEEN ❤️ we were out on a mom and dad date to celebrate my husbands birthday. We actually went to a different restaurant prior to Applebees and it was taking too long so we took a chance on Applebees. I immediately had to compliment Cookie from the get go becuase she was the perfect amount of personable and sweet! She also was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Please let her know how much we loved her as our waitress and to keep being her!

Retired “Foodie” Lady
We ate dinner at Applebees in Warsaw on Veterans Day. The restaurant was decorated and the veteran had a special menu to order a free meal, including steak, chicken penne, and a few more. My husband, the veteran, ordered the chicken penne. I ordered the fiesta chicken & rice. Both dishes were good. Our server was not so good. She spent about 15 minutes talking to a couple at another table. She never checked on us for drink refills or anything else. I finally just got up and got a carryout container myself. Regardless, Applebees recognition of veterans every year is greatly appreciated! The manager gave veterans a $5 gift card to use for a future visit. Thank you.

I just want to take a moment to call out a certain waitress. My friends and I came at a busy time and the kitchen got backed up and our food took over an hour to come out but she continued to check on us, refill our drinks, apologize and took very good care of us. She eventually offered to pay for our food, and brought us all free desert to repay for how long we waited. Very very kind woman and made the whole experience 100 times better. Thank you so much miss Cookie you are a very very kind woman.

Just a thought, you ever plan on fixing this? It’d really suck if you were sued or something after a vehicle gets damaged.

Had placed a pickup order through doordash and when we arrived because it said the order should be done and the door was locked. So we called the restaurant and they brought us inside and at first said that they had never gotten the order (we double checked once we got there if we placed it at the right place and we did) then the workers went into the kitchen for a few seconds, then come out and said someone had came in and already taken it. We had gotten there very soon after it said the order was done. Then they just told us to say in the doordash that someone had taken it. Just seems odd to me.
