Have ben here many times and had no issue. This time (monday) my burger came sitting in a puddle of oil. I ended up being sick for 2 days. I ate the leftovers on thursday and got sick again. Not sure what happened this time as it was not my first time having this meal.

Service is absolutely terrible. I walked in for a pickup, the host told me to stand in an area and then no one addressed me. I stood over by the wall, several employees walked past and I didn’t get a single word. I made my boyfriend come into the restaurant with me ten minutes later and finally someone said they would even check on our food. We live four minutes away and the pretzels and quesadilla were soggy. Obviously it was ready and no one cared to check. Anytime I’ve ever gone in there and dined in, no one checks in on you. I should’ve had the other person at my table order a water because mine sat there empty for twenty five minutes. Waited another fifteen for the check when we were done then another ten on top of that for them to even take our card. The food actually is great, I love so many things on the menu but dread coming in or ordering out now due to the terrible service you get. I don’t know how you can completely forget about tables or even up at the bar when I never go in during busy times. DREADFUL service.

Our server was great she was quick and on top of service. It was slightly busy so we appreciated her quick service. Our food was great and we had a nice time.
we ordered boneless wings naked with the sauce on the side and got charged for 2 side sauces. bartender wasn't very attentive and we had to ask for drink refills when we were empty. overall the food was hot and on time.

My family had the WORST Restaurant experience ever, at this establishment. We went for the All you can Eat special of Ribs/Shrimp/Wings. Our hostess argued about needing a highchair right away, insisting we used a booster seat for our 1 yr old. After talking with the waitress, we received the highchair. Our order was taken. The 3 adults at the table all ordered the All you can Eat, my son got a kids meal. After about 35 minutes of waiting our waitress comes to let us know, she "forgot" to place our order. She seemed sincere and apologetic. It was annoying but we understood. We asked if we could go ahead and add a refill on our All you can Eat order.. that way when the food came out, shortly after we would get another serving and not bother the waitress and not have to wait longer. The waitress said it was no issue! Another 35 minutes went by and food comes to our table. It was the refill of our All you can Eats, WE HAD YET TO RECIEVE... at this point it has been 1 hour & 15 mins since we sat down.. my son is a hangry mess, my husband is beyond annoyed. We leave. Terrible, terrible experience all around. 10/10 will not do again.
