I went through the drive through and after I paid it was nice to be told right away that they were waiting on fries. My husband had placed an order and when he received it it was cold. We tried to have it replaced and my husband and I were called liars. Some employee claimed that they had already replaced it and of course they hadn't. I tried to call in on my husband's behalf and the person was very rude. She insisted they had already replaced it even though they hadn't. This isn't the first time we've had trouble with them. I encourage you not to waste your time and money going there. We aren't the only ones that have had problems with them

I got a smoked brisket sandwich. It had roast beef on the bottom with a little brisket on top. No cheese and a small amount of sauce with fried onions . Every time I order this sandwich it is made different. Sometimes it has american cheese sometimes provolone or like this time no cheese. Should be a standard and training for the employee making the food as to how its done.
