Typical fast food worker mentality. Stood at the counter for a minute or two in the hopes that someone would at least acknowledge my presence. But no. Just stood there listening to one single employee gripe and complain about their job while everyone else was quietly going about their business. I understand work can be overwhelming at times, but is it that difficult to simply turn your head and say something like, "Good evening. Welcome in. We'll be with you as quickly as we can. Thanks." But instead, I get to grow impatient while listening to a one-sided conversation that has no reason to occur in front of customers.

i got 4 biggie bags and an extra sandwich and they put it all in one bag, which ripped walking out to my car, would NOT recommend coming here

Got pulled forward & Waited over 20 minutes outside for some mozzarella sticks. Called & said I was outside and got no apology. Will be going to the other one from now on.

Went to eat here and while walking up to the door they put lobby closed up on door and locked it went to burger king insted

The drive through lane is way too cramped. so is the parking lot. I have a big pickup truck and i cannot turn without hitting a curb on either side it’s ridiculous! please remove the concrete barrier, it is not even needed in this drive thru! potholes in the parking lot are atrocious as well. please redo the parking lot and drive thru! service is great tho, clean on the inside, great staff great food!

I go to Arby's once in a blue moon their customers are important to them and they make a good effort to make sure you have what you need. The day I was here was around 1pm the staffing was pretty good and they got my food to me pretty

If I could give this location less than one star I would. Ordered a smokehouse brisket and got a beef n cheddar.
