Lets employees smoke weed on the premises. Saw an underage drinker there. Bar gnats in your drinks. don’t wash cups very good, lipstick and grime on my ‘clean’ glass. Terribly slow service and when someone pointed out the owners to me, they were drunk and I was told it was a normal thing for them as they are ‘raging alcoholics’. Also, your supposed manager wasn’t wearing a uniform so when I went to talk to them, I couldn’t find them and had to ask. Then when someone pointed her out, I decided she looked a little too intoxicated while serving alcohol behind the counter. Get your stuff together lake life. ??

WORST experience ever at this place. My husband and I had our son and his family with us. We wanted to sit in one of the 15+ open tables outside by the water so my grandson could watch the boats float by. They refused to seat us there and instead sat us upstairs beside the nasty trailers, saying "server rotation" prohibited them from allowing us to sit down there. Then, they proceeded to sit the next 2 groups down by the water. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed to be unaware of the request even tho our server and the host both supposedly asked him. So we were lied to by one or all of them. The place wasn't busy. The servers were standing inside on their phones. Food was subpar for the price. I paid $120 to look at a trailer park. Never going back and going to share my experience with everyone I know.

We are renting a house on Big Barbee lake, we passed by this cool looking restaurant several times. I decided to call in a order, the person that answered the phone was very rude, acted like I was putting her out. When I picked up the food, via boat, I received it without a napkin or a fork for pasta salad. Everyone in this awesome town has been kind and friendly, maybe my expectations were to high for this restaurant. I'll never go back.I'm also surprised a restaurant called lakelife wouldn't have fish on the menu.......Good luck

Food was good but the service wasn’t great. First off it was very slow with barely another else there. We were sat in an almost full sun spot and when we asked to move to the shaded table we were told no bc it was bigger than our group size. Now if it were very busy with a wait , sure. But no one sat there our entire stay. And to deny a customer a table simply bc our group was a couple chairs smaller was a terribleCustomer service love that will keep myself and my family from returning. We drove an hour to visit and dad to say we won’t do that again.
