Unfortunately I was very disappointed when I visited last week. The case was all but empty. 1 1/2 thing of bites, 3 big pretzels and a very long sat out pretzel pizza. I got one of the big pretzel, thinking well they are always great. Nope. Even just looking at it I could tell it was undercooked. (No golden brown color) I ate a few pieces of it and as I got to the thicker parts it was still doughy. I hope that they work more on training their staff on proper cook times and what they should look like when they are to be served to customers.Though, the young man was very nice and attentive and the place was clean. Product was not up to par and I hope to see them improve.
I had a great pretzel! It was warm and fresh! The new people are amazing and you can tell they care.

The one at the warsaw Walmart isn’t run very well. Every time, with a particular employee, she is always on her phone. If she’s wearing gloves, she runs the cash register with her gloves on and doesn’t change them when she touches the dough. All while still on the phone. When I order something that’s not in the case she says it will take six minutes. 2 times i timed it and it took 20 minutes. She was on her phone. Today my husband asked me if I wanted a pretzel, while he was there. I said sure with high hopes. He came home and said , nope.. it was 2pm and she was there on her phone. She yelled from behind the counter that they were closed. He looked at her confused, she said she took some medication and said she was having an allergic reaction to it. Too bad this is now their reputation.
