Please get rid of the cast iron bowls you are using for the Sunshine Skillet. Go back to the bowls you were using.

As soon as we walk in we noticed the cook was handling all the food bare handed no gloves or anything! And whipping he hands on his shirt after not washing his hands! Then we get our food and they messed up my bf sandwich and there were fully cooked black beans in his hash browns! and mine had a huge hair in it! And when I told the waitress she seemed very annoyed that I told her! Worst visit we have ever had!

Ordered takeout an hour early, showed up to curbside to pick up and called curbside number. They said, we will be out soon. Sat for 29 minutes, then went in. They had it on the “to go shelf” the whole time! When asked about it, was told “don’t know what to tell you” by a multiple hair colored individual that could not care less. NEVER AGAIN!
Sevice is slow never got the things we asked for. Food was correct but overall service was terrible I haven't been to a Bobevens since I was a kid it was better than and this was terrible

New cook put so much salt on the shredded potatoes they were not eatable. Tasted basically like salt no potato taste..rest of meal was great
I had American Frye, biscuits and gravy. It was a good combo. I will stop again.

2024: has improved a lot over the last couple of years. Not sure if it's new management, but the food is more consistently tasty, orders are accurate, and staff is friendly. Both take out and dine in have been good experiences.
Old review: This restaurant has slowly gone down hill. Poor service, cold food, and managers who won't even make eye contact when heading a complaint. Service takes longer than ever, too, nearly two hours for a table of four during a non-peak time.
