Thought I’d try here for a change but was ultimately disappointed to say the least. Order was messed up, waiter wasn’t attentive, didn’t give me a refill and just overall it’s safe to say I won’t be coming back. The outside appears nice but the service is awful.

Bartender was very disorganized. Didn't know if she could make the cocktail I ordered until 20 mins after. She didn't seem to have much experience being a bartender, kept forgetting what we ordered and couldn't keep focused on what she was initially doing.

Went for my sisters birthday dinner there was lots of us and our waitress was great, got a little frustrated because the kitchen messed up and we were missing food but that is completely understandable and she handled it. but the food runner Haley was absolutely terrible, came up to our group and was immediately rude. there was no reason for her to be rude at all, we hadn't even seen or talked to her at all until she brought our food but for some reason she decided to have an attitude. i get people have bad days but for you to come up and immediately be nasty and rude to us is ridiculous, do better.

Man, normally I really enjoy my experience at this restaurant but tonight it was horrible. It started when I got online to place a to-go order but it wasn't working, wouldn't let me submit the order, so I called the and ordered directly. When I got there to pick it up I realized I was paying $8 more for the food than ordering through the app and the restaurant would do nothing about it. So pissed off, I left the store and got home, opened up my food and realized they gave me bone-in wings instead of boneless. FML. FBWW. Pissed. Reached out to corporate CS, hopefully they're helpful.

Food was good- hot, fresh, and tasty. It did seem like all the staff stayed in the back most of the time- no real front of house presence, so the service was not very attentive. I’m not complaining, really… just seemed odd that the servers and bartender(s) stayed in the kitchen instead of keeping an eye on customers. We’ll definitely be back tho!
Waited over 10 mins for someone to take drink order. I can understand if they were really busy. They were not. No one even stopped by to say it would be a minute. Made eye contact with waitress and everything. Still NO SERVICE. This isn't the first time we had bad service here. I just thought it was because they were busier last time. Not slammed but more people were in there. Would not recommend to anyone. Maybe take out only.

B dubs has the worst customer service in the industry they think cause they are a huge company they can treat you how ever they want no lie worst customer service i have ever experienced food cold how are wings that just come out of fryer cold?
