Waited over 10 mins for someone to take drink order. I can understand if they were really busy. They were not. No one even stopped by to say it would be a minute. Made eye contact with waitress and everything. Still NO SERVICE. This isn't the first time we had bad service here. I just thought it was because they were busier last time. Not slammed but more people were in there. Would not recommend to anyone. Maybe take out only.

The dining room was disgustingly dirty and the bathe rooms even worse. The waitress was sweet but did a terrible job. The onion rings were extremely greasy.

When the hostess brought us to our table they didn’t know if it had been cleaned (given that every table and the floor looked dirty). Then after ordering drinks and appetizers, received 1 water and our appetizer 15-20 minutes before the rest of the drinks were served (we also ordered our food in this wait time and had no plates or silverware for appetizer). When finally receiving the meal, it was kitchen staff that brought it to us and said verbatim “is this what you got?” While presenting us the tray of food not knowing if it was ours or not. We then had to take the plates off the tray and set them on the table. Food was not hot, not warm, but cold. And when asked for refills on drinks, we were told after already waiting that the bartender was behind and would serve her drinks first. Finally received them when asking for the ticket. Hands down worst BWW experience, having been to many across the US.

Showed up for my sons birthday party of 5 and they have no way of letting you know your table is ready but have very limited space to sit and wait. Employee told me 25 minutes so I wait in truck for 15 minutes and come back in and he was nowhere to be find. So a waitress tells me 45 minutes and I said I was just in here 15 minutes ago and was told 25 she snarked back "you can look for yourself there's no tables". Then as we stood with there for a minute she comes back and says give me a couple minutes we should have one. Got to take and waited an hour and a half for food. Food was room temp and wings were hard and over cooked and not all the food even came out. Honestly do not recommend. Cooperate or a GM needs to visit and see a night of how it runs. And for God sake get buzzers to know of tables are open.

We consistently receive incredibly slow service at the Warsaw location, and the food is generally cold and not good. Tonight was the worst service we have ever had, and it wasn’t even that busy. It was like our server was purposefully ignoring us. We were there for over 2 hours. I will likely never go back to this location.

I called for pick up order at 1130. Got to store at noon Waited till 1228 to pay and they wouldn't take my money because taking orders was more important. The only have 1 computer to put in orders and pay. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
Placed an order at 6:45, online tracker said it would be ready at 7:20. I got there a little early and was told it would be "5 or 10 minutes." Fine. I'll wait in my car. I went in at 7:30 and was told that I was now "on the bottom of the list," and they didn't know how long it would be for my until my order was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and asked again, the guy at the register says "I dunno...5 or 10 minutes?" At 8 o clock i told him I wanted to cancel my order. He went back to get the manager, but when he came back, he said that the manager was too busy cooking to come up so I couldn't cancel my order. At 8:20 I resorted to calling corporate and they had to cancel my order over the phone because the "manager" of this location wouldn't come up front. This is without a doubt, THE WORST restaurant I've ever visited.. BY A MILE...You will not find a more terribly ran restaurant than the Warsaw Indiana Buffalo Wild Wings..it makes the Taco Bell on 15 look like Peter Lugers.. This place needs shuttered immediately..it is giving the BWW company itself a terrible name. Put a Dollar General in it's place and be done with it.

The food was cold. Was told by staff that they make so much ahead of time then sits under heating lamp. Received zero discount tots cold too. Does staff know how to clean? Dining room floor is always dirty. At Warsaw location. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. When I worked at a restaurant if there was a mess you clean it up don’t wait to close. Store wasn’t busy.

How hard is it to have your employees acknowledge customers when they walk in ???!!’ I ask myself constantly why do I come back here? My biggest complaint is that when you walk in every single member of the wait staff will purposely avoid you, why can’t some one simply say “I’ll be with you in a second” ? . I had to basically yell to a staff member to make them aware I’m here for a pickup order for my work . Was told by them order would be ready at 11:30 . Had to sit for 30 minutes in their awkward entry ways with about 15 strangers and didn’t get my order till 12:05 . Will never return
