I went here for lunch today with my little brother from Big Brothers Big Sisters to watch the Colts game. We ordered 30 traditional bone-in wings. We received 24 boneless wings when the order came out. The waitress apologized and brought us our six additional boneless wings. I told her we would just keep the boneless wings. I didn’t really want to waste the food. I did not ask for a discount nor was one offered. The bill was a little over $40.
At the end of the meal, she brought the check, and then disappeared. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, we ended up having to take the check up to the counter to check out. The counter person then went and tried to find the waitress, which took another five minutes.
The boneless chicken wings were mediocre at best. Good news is that the Colts won in overtime over the Atlanta Falcons.

I go to B dubs every week and I usually have good service and the food is right. Unfotunatly 1 week I went they mixed in the wrong sauce in the HOT and I told them. The waitress was extremely rude and told that it was the HOT. It was not! They gave me another 10 wings, again not HOT she says well, me and the manager watched it come out of the HOT pail. I'm 100% sure it was wrong and there attitude didn't help. Avid bw fan prob won't go back to warsaw though:(

absolutely terrible service. went there with a group of 7. she asked how many we told them. she then just walks away starts doing anything else but seating us. waited in the lobby for 10 minutes when there were only 2 tables in the dining room. our server ariana the same person who ignored us and wouldnt seat us. came to the table with the worst attitude. i dont know if its because we were a younger crowd. our drinks took forever and didnt ever come back for refills. our food took over an hour to come out. food came out cold and my meal was wrong. she didnt offer to fix it or even discount the bill. she had a nasty attitude whenever anyone from our table would ask for something as simple as silverware. -100/10 service.

This location is one I've yet to have a great experience with. The wait for service is always long. Will sit for 5 or 10 minutes before a server comes regularly. Drink refills are late if they come at all. Silverware is a secondary thought, come well after the food and usually need to be requested. Food is often brought out cold or noticibly left in the heater. I'll come in and its never even half full of a restaurant and yet the kitchen is always backed up and slow. I get it may be a staffing issue, but noone has any hurry not even managers.

Decided to give this place 1 more shot. But yet again, very disappointed. Food was cold, service was even worse. Waited an hour to get our food and on top of that, people that came in wayyy after my family and i, got there food before us. Every time my family and i come here, the service is terrible. No refills on drinks, no apologies for anything. Wont be back again.

Corporate seriously needs to send REAL management over to the Warsaw location!! Not sure what’s goin on but the service is terrible, they’re ALWAYS under staffed, the food is cold most of the time when we do pick up orders, and when they’re busy inside the restaurant, they completely neglect online pickup orders. Our food was FINALLY ready 30 MINUTES past pickup time!!! And they do NOTHING to compensate for their lack of quality service. seriously, DO BETTER! this location should seriously just be shut down at this point because it is TRASH.
Thought I’d try here for a change but was ultimately disappointed to say the least. Order was messed up, waiter wasn’t attentive, didn’t give me a refill and just overall it’s safe to say I won’t be coming back. The outside appears nice but the service is awful.

Bartender was very disorganized. Didn't know if she could make the cocktail I ordered until 20 mins after. She didn't seem to have much experience being a bartender, kept forgetting what we ordered and couldn't keep focused on what she was initially doing.
