Celiac. Have to order burgers w/out buns. There was an onion ring in my fry orders so no dedicated fry vat. Had to wait on a fork & catsup. Person I was with, they missed the milkshake. Only 3 customers needing waited on. We were the only one who had given the order. No reason for being flustered.

I would not suggest going here after 5pm. After waiting in line for 40 minutes for our food, the employee who gave us our food and checked our bag somehow missed that they didn't give us a whole meal, plus a burger. They also got our drink order wrong. The fries were cold. The meal they forgot was my toddlers. I decided to give them another chance after a similar experience months ago, sad to say their service has gone downhill since their remodel.

Sat in drive thru 15 mins on saturday november 29th. 11 05 til 11 20. Said hello multiple times and got ni response. As a former assistant manager of this establishment very unfortunate to see it go down hill so much. Cherish is the only reason i return. she always make things right with customers❣️

Incredibly clean dining room and fast friendly service. Our food was hot and fresh and the manager made rounds to make sure the diners were satisfied

I came through the drive through everything was good I told the lady what I wanted and I also said no pickles or tomatoes because the sandwich I was getting was for somebody that is allergic and when I got my order it was marked as no pickle no tomato when he bit into it there was a tomato… really now we are at the hospital… this not acceptable people can die… the name on the order was Sharon this happened about an hour ago in Warsaw Indiana.. I also called and the only this the person on the other end said ( oh I will let my store manager know… wow I’ve got the sandwich and both receipts… so that’s what has happened…

Hey Warsaw, pro tip! Just keep driving to Colombia City for your BK, it will be quicker! 33 minutes sitting in the drive through today, and my order was incorrect 🤦

It took me about 20 minutes to get through the line. Once I got to the pick up window my food was at the window but the employee was doing other things. Needless to say the food was more like room temp.
