Unfortunately, my experience with Burger King has been very disappointing. They frequently make mistakes. Whether it's missing items, delivering different items than what I ordered, or simply giving less than what I was supposed to, they seem to lack attention to detail. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive it in full.

Went a little after they open 5:02 (they open at 5) took them a couple of minutes to even come to the speaker then said “we’re not open “ so we asked when do you guys open then and she said “ I don’t even know when we do “ STOP hiring lazy people that don’t want to work

I come here a few times a week in the morning and Megan is always so cheerful and just makes me smile! My food is always fresh and hot! I don’t remember the gals name at the window but she is always asking how my morning is and just has wonderful customer service! We need more of those people in the world because I love visiting them in the mornings through Drive Thru!

Placed an online order and Sat in line for well over 40 minutes just for 3 cars ahead of us, finally got our food and every last bit of it was cold and very poorly made, had to heat everything up at home and eat my burger with a fork.
