Just went through the drive-through, specifically asked for ranch dressing, salt, and ketchup… Asked the girl who put the food in the car if we had these… She said oh yes, I’m sure it’s in one of those little bags. Not one of these items I requested was in the bag. The attention to detail has been lacking at the Jaylnn Street location.

We got burgers, cheese curds, fries, and a chocolate shake. We were greeted with friendliness by every one in the store, told about the rewards program, and given wonderful menu suggestions. The food hit the spot. We were so hungry we didn’t stop to take photos. The bathroom is well maintained.

I ordered tenders and a crispy chicken sandwich no tomatoes or pickles I came back to truck ready to enjoy my food when I noticed my burger had no buns and was a meat burger I just laughed and took it back and they were freaking out but they gave me my chicken sandwich right away with the buns this time.

Amazing friendly service here. Also very clean and the food is a knock out. This place (as with alot of culvers) triumphs over so many over priced restaurants and pubs. Culvers never dissapoints!!
