Ordered 2 banana shakes. Flavor was not there. Needed to chop up the bananas smaller. And, shake was spilled all over the caps. Can't clean off the caps of the shake? It's not that hard to get this right if you care about customer service.

Must have been no manager on duty Sunday or at least not one with leadership skills past the food service. Outside garbage can was overflowing, dinning room tables were dirty, no drink lids, napkins, or straws. All empty. I must say they got the food right! I normally don't eat at this one, but the other warsaw location couldn't figure out how to ring up a kids meal without it costing over 12.00.

Went through drive through and flavor of the day was Georgia Peach got one scoop! Picture shows vanilla custard not orange with chunks of peaches! Have you started to notice what business say or advertise is not truly what you get?!? What I got was a small scoop of orange custard and didn’t even notice the peaches or the supposed chunks!

My order is always wrong. (Been here about 5 times in 2 years) While I understand that mistakes happen, I don't request weird customizations. And I'm still getting the wrong drink or side. Not worth going through drive thru because I end up going in, or leaving without everything I paid for.
Parking: I had an issue with my order. No customer door by take out area. Inconvenient.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are fine, but the dessert token and/or drink is always forgetten
I just stopped while I was traveling to get an ice cream cone. The ice cream was custard and it was hard to eat while I was driving. But it was delicious!

This was a first for us. We got the wrong order. The receipt was what we ordered but the food was wrong. We ordered a corn dog kids meal and got two chicken tenders meal. I ordered a sandwich with ketchup pickle and lettuce, I received an order with a sandwich with cheese, mayo lettuce tomato onion. I hate mayo and can have dairy. So the sandwich was a waste. I understand they were busy but this means not only did we get someone else order but some got ours.
Dietary restrictions: You can order just what you want. I'm dairy free so I can get a sandwich without cheese and no one complains. Love all their options
Kid-friendliness: My kids love the choices for the kids meals. Love they can get a grilled cheese or a corn dog.
