My daughter and I stopped in this morning to pick up an order thru the drive thru and the order wasn’t correct. A specialty coffee was all milk very little espresso. Since I was driving I asked them to remake it for her and they refused. Then the girl who supposedly made it came to the window and started arguing with my daughter. When we asked for the manager she was pissed and crappy as well. When we asked for the corporate number she yelled at my daughter to look it up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they lost TWO daily customers!

Their employees do not know what they're doing. I offer up promo discount and then the employees charging full price. When you question them . They go get a manager and the manager says well we can't give you the promo discount because we give you your senior discount. So you proceed to say well you need to redo it and take off my senior discount. They then proceed to say well pull around front it'll take us awhile to figure out your refund. So 20 minutes later you still waiting.

refused my refund. ran by a bunch of idiodic teenagers. very rude and unprofessional. still mad i dont have my refund. you cant go through “the app” its YOU guys thats are supposed to give me my refund.
