I consistently go to this Dunkin, and I love bringing my kids here for special occasions. I regularly have great experiences with very kind employees. A few weeks back I brought my two littles into Dunkin to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday. There was a very sweet man who was working and bought my kids birthday donuts for me, and was spreading amazing amounts of kindness. He was so patient with my kids as they picked out their donuts. I was so impressed and truly blessed. Thank you to whoever he was!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience with the manager at this Dunkin’. From the moment I walked in, they were rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a welcoming atmosphere, they seemed more focused on rushing through orders and barking at the staff. It was clear the employees were uncomfortable, which made the whole environment tense.
On top of that, when I tried to ask a question about my order, the manager was dismissive and gave me a short, unfriendly response. I understand that fast food can be stressful, but treating customers and staff this way is unacceptable. I’ll be thinking twice before returning to this location.

Apparently when you tell them to not fill the whole cup up with ice they only give you half the coffee here. Never have had this happen at any other Dunkin even earlier this week in Columbia city and not only was it cheaper, the whole cup was full and I ordered the same exact thing. Now that I’ve tasted it it doesn’t even taste like they put any coffee in it at all. Won’t be back. You pay 6 bucks for this and they do a crappier job and give you way less. Whoever runs this is a genius and the lady was also a dick about it. Should have just listened to my husband and went to Starbucks.
