After various visits, wanting to give them a chance, this place gave me a perfect reason to finally make my own coffee station at home.The staff here is inconsistent. Sometimes they give you a correct order, with friendly service. But more often than not, they get your order wrong and just chuck it at you and slam the window shut. I’m not expecting a hug, but a “thank you, have a nice day” isn’t that difficult. It’s as if some of these kids don’t know how to communicate in person and if you’re not a phone screen they can’t figure out how to interact with you. And no, I’m not a “Karen” or a “boomer”, we’re talking basic efficiency and manners. One time they didn’t put the lid correctly on my cup and the hot coffee spilled in my car when I tried to place the cup in the cup holder—I almost burned my hand.During my visit, I noticed the person at the drive-thru window was wearing a dirty uniform, had poor grooming and absolutely filthy fingernails. Your employees handle food, and represent your company. Basic hygiene isn’t an extraordinary expectation. I realize this is a casual establishment, but there’s a difference between casual and looking like you live in a dumpster.

The slowest Dunkin we have ever been to. We waited 5 minutes for someone to come on the drive thru speaker and equally as long sitting in front of the window while the teenagers working chatted with each other, seemingly unaware that people were waiting while it was rush hour on a weekday.

Better than Starbucks. There is a reason the drive through line is almost always obnoxious in the morning. Especially Saturday mornings. Its my wife's favorite way to make us late for my niece's football games. ?Parking: I dont know if they took into consideration that the drive through line would trap people who park.

This dunkin is disgraceful. I’ve frequently had the wrong order and rude employees on the morning shifts. I’ve frequently smelled pot from the workers and have even seen their manager get in her van with a joint in her hand. This is unacceptable. I’ve also witnessed many of their employees vaping within the building which violates many health code violations and could get them shut down. Would not recommend this dunkin to be kid or family friendly.

Most Likely Won't Be Ordering From Here Again. The Donuts Are ALWAYS Stale And Old. Plus I Can Make Wayyy Better Matcha Lattes. And They Seem To Overflow Your Cup With Ice So You Get Less To Drink. And You Guys Need Better Training Overall. The Service Is Pitiful.
