While chips and salsa came out almost instantaneously, we didn't see our server for the first time for well over 20 mins after we were seated. We ordered steak quesadillas. Typically steak quesadillas are slices steak, cheese, etc; and the quesadilla is cut into quarters to make ease of eating with hands. Their steak quesadillas are 2 large uncut pieces of steak, cheese, etc; sandwiched between two tortillas, which are also uncut. Even when cutting ourselves (which was difficult),...
Shrimp soup was bland, need to make a fish&vegetables broth and use few spices.
Soup spoons are too small.
Shrimp salad served in a plastic plate.
Another plate was chipped.
Fried onions and jalapeños are not in the menu!... need to add this and many other sides to the menu, like side salads, guacamole etc. and put hot sauce bottle(s) on the tables; and tissue boxes.
Dried peppers served with the soup are flaming hot, less experienced...

The wait staff needs some attention. Couldn't get the right order even after pointing to the item I desired on the menu...repeating it and having it repeated back to me. When my order came out it was wrong then they made the next order that was supposed to be the correction completely for someone else. Management should look into taking better notations on orders.
