Bathroom was disgusting and also creamer station probably was never cleaned whole creamer and milk has yellow stains I believe full of bacteria. Please check when you use it someone can be poisoned spoiled milk can be really dangerous

I like this station and use weekly but window wash squeegees available but all have no wash fluid in them while they are selling it by the gallon right next to the pumps.

The woman working right now 5/6/2023 at noon is one of the worst people I've ever met. EXTREMELY RUDE! All I did was ask if I can use more than one reward at a time.. Then she was dismissive and could not answer my question. Someone like that should not be working around customers. EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I'll not be going back on her shift.

I've never been to a Family Express gas station so we were not really sure what they might be like. I did think it was unique that they had a self-service pet wash available for use. I can imagine those who bring their pets on road trips would appreciate having a pet wash available to them and it looked like it was open 24/7 as well. The bathroom was clean which is the big draw for any gas station when traveling. Snacks weren't anything special unlike some of the places we were able to go to during this trip. Employees were friendly enough, but we did come in super late so it wasn't like I expected some enthusiastic people to be tending to the store. If you need a restroom or a pet wash, Family Express is....a choice you have.
