Last 4 times I've ordered there is something missing from my order. I always order a sandwich meal. So only 3 things in an order... it's either missing my drink or my chips and even if I call them like I ask to get a free item on my next order, they still forget something! Lol they have lost me as a costumer. I was hoping if I waited a while before ordering again something would have changed but....

Ordered delivery on April 12 around 8:30pm and never got my chips. Called the store and the girl said “unfortunately my driver isn’t here so we can’t bring you your chips, but we can credit you for your next delivery “. I know Jimmy John’s allows anyone over 18 to drive forgotten items to customer but this Jimmy John’s refused to. Super disappointed cause I always eat my chips and sandwich together. Hopefully the managers and employees get trained better by corporate in the future! I also was disappointed with the bread being a little burnt.

I order from here often. Lately, it’s been taking a crazy long time for my orders to be delivered. I waited an hour today (AFTER it was marked as out for delivery. so it was actually an hour and a half total). My drink was melted and my sandwich warm by the time it arrived. :(

Got the new toasted ultimate Italian. It was fantastic. Perfectly made. Wanted to tell the person like I always do but she went in the back. For some reason I had to go today. I'm not a sub guy and rarely eat subs but this will be my go to. Will definitely be in my rotation

I love the food here but just today I placed an order before I went on my lunch break so I would have it in time and it took 45 minutes, this being the case I now can not eat till hours later. Need better delivery drivers or more of an estimated time system.

They did not put any meat in my sandwich. They did offer to reimburse the meat from my sandwich. After driving 30 miles round trip, who would like to eat a cucumber provolone and lettuce sandwich. Not happy!!
