I love the food here but just today I placed an order before I went on my lunch break so I would have it in time and it took 45 minutes, this being the case I now can not eat till hours later. Need better delivery drivers or more of an estimated time system.

I asked for a #15 with ONLY tuna. Came smothered in shredded lettuce and with tomato slices. By the time I finished picking everything off, not much left to the sandwich.

They did not put any meat in my sandwich. They did offer to reimburse the meat from my sandwich. After driving 30 miles round trip, who would like to eat a cucumber provolone and lettuce sandwich. Not happy!!

Just moved here from Fort Wayne. The sandwiches from Jimmy John's there were consistently delicious. I can't pinpoint exactly what's wrong here. It was either a different kind of hot pepper or a total lack of oil on the sandwich!

I should give it 5 stars if you want to loose weight. Lost 10 lbs in 3 days from the food poisoning I got here. I will not ever eat at any Warsaw area JJ's again. Having worked at a well run JJ for 5 years, it pains me to no end to see 2 make lines open and still have to wait for a sandwich. There slogan here should be "subs so slow you'll freak".

I Love getting a a sub from here. I can't eat the bread due to a food allergy ( I have celiac, which is a gluten allergy) but you can request it lettuce wrapped. I have never had an issue with cross contamination either. My only request is PLEASE offer a gluten free sub roll I would even pay a little extra for that option...Vegetarian options: The offer a delicious veggie sub, our kid loves it!

My husband ordered online and put "Emily the beast" for the name on my sandwich. The employees wrote "Robert the beauty" on my 6'2 husbands sandwich. Well played Jimmy John's, well played. It made my day. The sandwiches were great too.

I Love getting a a sub from here. I can't eat the bread due to a food allergy ( I have celiac, wich is a gluten allergy) but you can request it lettuce wrapped. I have never had an issue with cross contamination either. My only request is PLEASE offer a gluten free sub roll I would even pay a little extra for that option...Vegetarian options: The offer a delicious veggie sub, our kid loves it!
