I have been ubering and doordashing in Warsaw Indiana for the last few years since I moved out here I have never been to Jimmy John's to eat I go there a lot to pick up orders for my Uber Friday night me and my family try the Mexican restaurant on 30 they were so rude there is two Jimmy John's in Warsaw because I already had a bad night I just wanted to eat and I know the Jimmy John's on Detroit Street have some very friendly people so that is where I will eat for now on the Jimmy John's on Detroit Street the girls that were working Friday night around 5:00 or 6:00 they need a raise or something them are the same ladies I deal with when I'm ubering and I will continue to deal with them they are always smiling happy to help anybody they'rebomb.com

They have now hired door dash drivers who don't speak English OR know where the hell they are going! So you don't get your food for almost an hour!

I usually don't have an issue with Jimmy John's service wherever I go. However, this particular location was different. I ordered my meal through the app, then drove there, and at any other location, my meal is ready by the time that I get there. That wasn't the case this time. I waited about 15 minutes, but never got a notification. So I walked into the restaurant, got greeted politely, and explained that I was waiting on an app order. It was waiting on the shelf, as I wasted a good portion of my lunch break. During that time, they never alerted the app. It wasn't until afterwards - after I returned to my class, that I received notice. I get it, sometimes you get busy at work, but at some point, things are routine.

If you're ordering delivery and want your food on time be wary they're very inconsistent and sometime have to use Uber eats because they apparently didn't have a driver on staff. Don't accept delivery orders or give people ordering a warning that the order may take longer due to failure to staff. The Uber driver that ended up taking over my order was over 20min late past my expected delivery and by then my lunchtime is over halfway done. And also to add onto that who knows how long my food has just been sitting after being made since it took so long to deliver. Not freaky fast and probably not "fresh" at that point.
Had me waiting for my sandwich while everyone was cleaning for 5-10 min before anyone even got started on it. Majority time great service.

Ordered 45 minutes before break. Hadn't received my order or a call for 40 minutes and I'm right across the road. I called and was told they had the wrong address, which seems like a lie as the "manager" repeated the address back to me and I never received a call from a driver or the store about the order going to a wrong address. Then I was told they would remake the sandwich and would have it to me in 30 minutes. I could see the delivery driver parked at the store for 15 minutes while I was on break. I wouldn't recommend ever going here.

Placed an online order… asked for extra onions and extra jimmy peppers… also paid for avocado spread but no where to be found.. bread looks like it could’ve used more time in the oven. What’s going on? I don’t eat much JJ but whenever I did I would have a decent experience. I hope they crack down on the poor quality of food and workers
