Well...Seeing How I Placed A Doordash Order And You Guys Managed Not Giving Me Any Of The Sauces I Requested For My Chicken Strips. Plus On Top Of The Missing Sauces You Gave Me Soggy Chicken Strips. So I'm Going To Show You How It's Done! After Receiving The Soggy Chicken Strips. I Decided To Take Them Home And Refry Them Myself Because I Have No Idea What Kind Of Frying You All Did. But That's Definitely Not Frying At All Maybe You Guys Boil Them. Frying Comes Out Crunchy Not Soggy Likes Yours. In The Photo Below This Is How You Fry Chicken Strips Properly. Nice And Crunchy! I Refried These Not You Guys.

We went through the drive thru and we had to pull up and wait. Then there were 3 more vehicles after us and they all got their food before we did. And it never fails they got our order wrong. And assume we wanted a pop and charged us for an extra wing. The last time we went there it was $20 and some change, but this time it was $28 and some change. It was the extra wing and 2 pops was $8. Never going there again! Also we like the breast and I love the wings, has anyone noticed how the bones are cut not broke to a point on the breast and wings. Never again!!!!!!!

I went through the drive thru at 5:30 and ordered 2 chicken strip meals. The strips were extremely small and had to have been sitting around for awhile. They were hard as a rock. Literally. I couldn't even chew them. It's disappointing because KFC was one of my favorite fast food places but the quality has went downhill lately.
Food's fine but it's kinda dirty in the store. And it smelled like sewer that particular day.

I got my food delivered by uber (bag was not tampered with arrived completely sealed and our uber driver was awesome!) As soon as I opened my Mac and cheese bowl I noticed what looked like hair, NO! It was a dead bug (looks like a spider) in my food. I will never eat here again I’m sick to my stomach rn. 🤢🤢

By far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I ordered on-line and arrived after the time it was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t even started the order yet. The floor is SO greasy that standing there waiting, my feet kept slipping out from under me. The music from the back was SO loud I felt like I was in a night club. 🙄🤦🏻♀️ I finally get my order after waiting 15 minutes and they forgot the biscuits. If you haven’t noticed, the prices aren’t cheap, and I was shorted in so many ways, I won’t be returning.

Waited 29 minutes for someone to take our order. Both the drive thru and the kiosk order took priority over us waiting inside with my 86 yrs mother in law. Because she wanted KFC!!!!

Extremely unpleasant experience. The crew would have benefited from regrouping and working together instead of complaining so loud that us in the lobby waiting could hear. I understand rushes, but blaming rushes to customers is very off putting.
