We came to eat at kfc on Detroit st at 12:00pm on Wednesday September 10th i did not get the managers name but i just got to say the server taking my order was the sweetest but the way their manager kept berating them and just being a major bully was INSANE anyone in the lobby can hear her being super rude to her employee's sweetie if you see this leave the establishment and come work at haci with me the managers would never talk to their workers like that you guys deserve better!! Other than that the food was great for fast food and the service was super quick...

My wife and I visited the KFC restaurant on Detroit street today for a late lunch. The food and service were good. However, the bathrooms were not fit for a hog to use. The space between the men’s urinal and toilet is very narrow. Anyone with wide shoulders or weighing over 200 pounds will need to turn at an angle to use the urinal. The bathrooms were nasty and obviously poorly kept. Such a sight makes one wonder what happens behind the counter in the kitchen area. I will have say in fairness the eating area was clean. But we won’t be back.

Well...Seeing How I Placed A Doordash Order And You Guys Managed Not Giving Me Any Of The Sauces I Requested For My Chicken Strips. Plus On Top Of The Missing Sauces You Gave Me Soggy Chicken Strips. So I'm Going To Show You How It's Done! After Receiving The Soggy Chicken Strips. I Decided To Take Them Home And Refry Them Myself Because I Have No Idea What Kind Of Frying You All Did. But That's Definitely Not Frying At All Maybe You Guys Boil Them. Frying Comes Out Crunchy Not Soggy Likes Yours. In The Photo Below This Is How You Fry Chicken Strips Properly. Nice And Crunchy! I Refried These Not You Guys.
