Decent pizza, but horrible service. The workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. We had to wait much longer than expected, and when we asked about our order, the staff was dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping.
Most of the time coming here, my food and experiences are pretty decent. I got extra cheese per usual, but my pizza didn't have the extra cheese. When I called to ask what they do about lack of cheese, she proceeded to tell me I made it out on top because my $13 pizza should have been $20!! ? The way it was rang up was not my fault, but she had no intentions of any attempt to solve the issue??♀️ which I believe to be a simple fix.
Food was standard. Waited twice as long as quoted for my food because they never called my name. Also online ordering was unavailable. I would've preferred it that way to get an online exclusive deal but they wouldn't honor it. While I understand I was still disappointed. Won't be back until that's fixed.
