Good service and decent food but out of hand with pricing. A draft pint $ a mixed drink, a ceasar salad, sub that was smaller and not any better than a Subway, fried fish and coleslaw. $52 before tax/tip. Def not worth the cost. Haven't been here for years and likely won't come back anytime soon. Plenty of options around just as good for way less.

Service is great! Food is good, not great and I would say the same for the drinks. WIll continue to patronize this place for the staff and some smaller dishes.

This was a must stop for us any time we are in warsaw The last two experiences have not been good. Last night took the cake bartender did not know anything about the beers at all. We ordered a sandwich, onion ring basket, and pizza for a table of four. The onion rings and sandwich showed up in 3 minutes, when asked where the pizza was, it hadn't even been started. Instead of applying common sense and bringing it all out at once, food runner said it was not his mistake and walked away. Pizza arrived 15-20 minutes later. It appears the employees have no training at all. We will not be returning.

Whenever my family and I come here it's always amazing service and incredible food that is consistent every time! My favorite thing is their black and bleu burger and the spicy jambalaya.

Food was good, the waitress was good. The restaurant was very clean. I'm sure we'll make our way back there again.

The Scotch eggs are AMAZING! And they have the best staff. Jeff is literally the best server I've ever had, anywhere, at any restaurant. And the other night Marissa made the best espresso martini I've ever had. And I've been to a lot of high end bars, and always get an espresso martini if they have it, so this is saying a lot! Bravo to Mad Anthony's for having the best around!

The service was good, and the atmosphere was good, but the food is very basic and bland. My shrimp street tacos for $17 consist of tortillas from the grocery store, iceberg lettuce, a little sauce, and two shrimp on each taco, then had a side of fruit which was just canned peaches in sugar water ... would love to see steamed veggies as a side option and not from a can

We tried the seasonal poutine appetizer and it was tasty, but I had the Best Chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten. Seriously. Huge portion, too- stoked that I had 3 leftover to take home. Crunchy breading, tender and juicy on the inside. Great flavor. Carrot cake for dessert hit the spot!

Went in a party of 3 and waited forever just to get a drink from the bar. Even longer to get our appetizer, and we were finished with that before our server even returned to take our meal order. With frequently having to ask for refills and being largely ignored while we were there, the “smash burgers” are just regular burgers, and nothing to write home about. I would skip this place. you’ll find better service and better food elsewhere.

Good food and beer! Atmosphere was nice and chill. We went with the cheese curds and a spicy honey ham thin crust pizza that was sooo good!

Not sure how I missed taking a picture of it but there is at least one from a Brian on here. I had the Grilled Ahi Tuna salad, and the flavors were quite amazing. This would also be excellent with some blackened chicken or shrimp. Paired with the Oktoberfest, it was one of the best meals I have had during my stay in Indiana.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Pescatarian options.

Went to Mad Anthony's before a performance for the first time. Hostess greeted us and sat us. It was colder inside than outside. Everyone had coats on. Can't rate the food as after we were seated we waited 15 minutes before walking out. No one came and took drink orders or anything. Will be going back soon so if it's any better this review will be updated
