I love this McCalisters in Warsaw. There was a few times going when they didn’t get my order right and the is one manager that is amazing. He knows my husband and I when we come in and makes sure every time my order is correct. Today was funny because I ordered something different and he was like ummmm that’s not what you order. lol. Awesome service from him and his crew. Not sure his name but we see him a lot on Saturday. Today was Saturdays lunch and hisself and the crew was amazing. One crew member who is expecting a baby 1/1/25 noticed us and said hello and haven’t seen you all in awhile. She is amazing as well. We live in Plymouth and go there on the weekends. We love it and highly recommend not only the great food but the crew as well. They are beyond amazing!!!

So we had not been here in about a year but decided it sounded like a good plan to eat tonight. We ordered and have a tip for a bowl of soup and a sandwich with drinks at about 32.00. When the meal came in 10 minutes the wife asked where the bread was with the soup and evidently it’s an additional 1.07, which the person tried to get us for free as we did not know. This place is so cheap I went back up and paid for the bread which took another 4 minutes and by then my sandwich and wife’s soup was cold. We got to go boxes and will never visit again. Very poor customer service and lack of offering hey the bread will be extra let me get it and let me pay while my food was hot or anything like this.

Food is delicious but service is poor. When this restaurant first opened the employees would come by to check on you. Now you’re lucky to ever see them. Pickles used to be in a jar on the counter and come on your plate. You could have as many as you wanted. Now they just bring you two forks and no pickles. Apparently pickles are like platinum now. Restaurant looks fairly clean but tables felt sticky. Place has gone downhill over time.

Talk about delicious!! McAlister's has an AMAZING variety of food to choose from. This day I got the Ultimate nacho and it was so full of flavor!! They have a new Wildberry Lemonade that's great with tequila!! (thank me later)
