The fries were cold and I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and got one with everything. The staff could have been friendlier and courteous and a little bit respectful this place is close to my house but could be way better
Update - Nov 26, 2024 - This is my THIRD VISIT in a row that I've had to go inside and request my curbside order. Perhaps McDonald's shouldn't offer curbside if they don't have the capability to make it happen reliably.
Update - Nov 2024: Last night was the second time in a month or two that I've waited 15+ minutes at the Curbside spot and had to go inside to get my food. Was late for my niece's wedding rehearsal because of it. The guy at the counter told me it was because they were "waiting on the drinks to pour"... For 17 minutes?
Update - Nov 2023: Food and service have improved GREATLY since my previous review.

Took over 25 minutes for just one sandwich and a frappe and the sandwich came with NO egg. And the Carmel frappe was a Mocha frappe. Management was short when i asked about my order.

I Had Hair On My Sandwich Stuck Inside Of The Cheese. And On Top Of That There Was Hot Americano Being Shoved Out The Window Without The Staff Double Checking To See If The Lid Is Secure On The Drink. I Had Burning Hot Americano Running Down My Leg. Such A Horrible Moment!

It was very evident that the bathrooms had not been cleaned in several days. The food was okay, but the atmosphere was greasy and dirty. Gross mop water in the corner, dirty rag right in front of the soda fountain.
Had a large group 12+. Service was fast and great, restaurant was clean.

bad service, line super long because no one was cashiering ... just incompetent ... got order wrong and wouldnt fix it when asked a couple times in the drive through and also inside , food tastes bad and coffees with limited additions were also made wrong

My family & I were passing through from Fort Wayne. I put in an order on my trusty app & hit the drive-thru. The kid at the speaker sounded like a broken man trying to hold to his last thread of sanity, which, I mean I get it. Ordered fries, mcdoubles, & a mcchicken. The guy at the window 1 is all smiles. 2 doesn't pull us forward to park for 45 minutes. 3 gives us our foods in a ridiculously short amount of time. So I'm expecting something wrong of course. The fries are obscenely hot, to the point I couldn't even pick the carton up. Clearly fresh from the fryer. So I am suspicious of the sandwiches. I unwrap mine, & it is the first time I have ever had a Mcdouble that doesn't look like the aftermath of the Revolutionary War. Very nice much beef wow.
