Planned on coming here for the past week to let our kids play at the play place, half way on our road trip with kids but got there to find out the play place was closed. Very disappointed, no sign until you got right up to the playground. Then tried to order food, multiple items were sold out. Couldn’t even place our order on the touch screen after entering everything and then had to wait in line.

Easily the worst McDonalds in town. I’m guessing they think they can get away with it because they have a PlayPlace. Curbside order took over 20 minutes and I had to go in and ask after 15 minutes before they even started it. They forgot the apple slices in my kids meals. And when I tried to leave feedback on McDonalds website the page hangs and then times out.

Hours on the door say 5:00 a.m.. Try to go inside at 6:05 a.m. and the doors are locked. Drive a truck so I cannot go through the drive-thru. Do better!

I stop here every week in my semi so my daughter can play. the last half a dozen times they can't seem to make my order correctly or even get it to me in a reasonable time with out it being cold. My bagel meal was brought to me twice as a stake. I order bacon like idk if these people can read English or what but it's getting ridiculous! Won't be stopping here anymore

Good breakfast. Customer service could have been more friendly
Sat in the drive thru for over 2 minutes while the other side got all the attention...and, when I FINALLY got my food the fries were RAW And the hamburger BURNT! Can anyone explain HOW this is possible when the food is on a strict timing plan to cook?! My dog wouldn't even eat it!

I have suspected that some of these people have been playing mind games with me for a long time. I also think that some of them may have screwed with my drinks multiple times. I had to throw them out. In the past I have tried to call and make complaints , but nothing came of it. That was a long time ago. I'm gonna try again.

What are the bathrooms always gross here? I feel like you cannot touch anything. Kids play area is nice but the bathrooms are gross and that is a key thing... I have seen staff come out when there was NO soap in the bathroom😷😷😷

They want $2 for a hashbrown. They also ask you to pull forward to wait for your food so their metrics can show a smaller window time so managers can get their bonuses. Instead of operating correctly they make you help them lie to corporate, and mark you as served when you pull ahead to wait.
