Well I waited in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes and they are not under staffed. My food was undercooked and my fries weren't even warm. I can handle soggy but not cold. I paid 35 bucks for a meal my family couldn't even enjoy. Sucks I didn't even notice until my second bite because we had just gotten home on a Friday evening and I was so hungry. Anyway. The service there has went to hell quickly. I've been going to the same one for most of my life. We have three in our small town. Pictures tell a tale that I don't have to.

If i owned this busniess I would be in there within the next week, your employees are refusing service, and complaining openly about having to work to customers who vannot order because the drive thru operator refuses to do his job and refuses to take orders on over noght....if you dont like your hours or job quit, its not okay to deny service because you are having a tough time.

The food is usually fresher then the other one up town. The structure and flow of the employees could use a bit of help, and the debris on the floor could use some picking up through the day more often.Parking: Even room for semi's right beside this McDonald's and lots of shopping stores within walking distance.

I don't know what it is with this town and their disgusting quality everywhere we go, but I've never had so many nasty issues until moving here. Thanks for the long hair in our coffee this morning 3/14/24! Gross, and the employees are pretty rude half the time also.

45 minutes from placing the order in the drive thru to receiving it. They closed out the order prematurely (so the computer doesn't show the real time frame to upper management) and had to ask for our receipt to know what food to give us. They forgot a burger. We had to go inside to get it. Food was cold, made wrong and employees just made excuses. Including someone telling us they were working off the clock to help the other employees. Disappointed to say the least. Owner needs to take a closer look at what is really going on inside this location.
