The horchata was sour and the fajitas were basic. There was a few slices of undiced tomatoes mixed into the fajita mixture. Very low chance of ever going back. Was told they would refund me but haven't gotten anything back yet

I ordered over the phone and the customer service was pleasant. The place was convenient and easy to get to. Once I got there the people were calm and pleasant to me and I got my food quickly. The food was AMAZING and was packed full! I was so happy with it!

i ordered a birria taco and the meat wasn’t shredded enough but the worst part was when they threw on a bunch of watery lettuce from the very bottom before changing it out for more fresh lettuce. So my over priced tacos were completely falling apart soaking wet with nasty water. My man ordered the normal grilled chicken which was plain but passable. You’re better off going to ACTUAL restaurant

This place used to be my go-to spot for a burrito bowl because they offered generous portions at a better price than Moe’s, but that’s no longer the case. I ordered a veggie and guac bowl, and the amount of vegetables I received was laughable…literally just five pieces of peppers. When I asked for a little more I was told it would be extra. I totally get charging for a large amount, but I was just asking for a normal serving. It felt wrong to be charged extra for something so basic.
To make matters worse, the employee seemed overly cautious with every topping I asked for, almost like he was worried it would be taken out of his paycheck. When I requested pico de gallo along with tomato and onion and he questioned it saying pico already has those ingredients. I’m not stupid I know what pico is…I just like a little extra onion and tomato. I’ve never had an issue with this in the past, and I felt it was a strange and unnecessary pushback.
When they first opened, the staff was always accommodating and happy to give you what you wanted. Even through DoorDash, you can pick up to 8 toppings. I’m not sure if this is a new policy or if they’re just being more restrictive, but it’s really changed the experience. They may have saved a few bucks this time around, but I won’t be coming back after this visit.

Food was rather bland from the steak to the salsa. Rice and beans had zero flavor. Salsa admittedly had heat but ZERO flavor. Tortilla chips were unsalted. Shredded chicken tacos were absolutely SOPPING wet with what I assume was sink water

Today we were on our way to the zoo and we stop for the 1st time here and ordered the Quesabirrias and they were so delish...Horchata was yummy too 100% recommended!

The refried beans were very watery. I would have been ashamed to serve them. It was bean gravy. Everything else was tasty. The salsa was very good, as was the carnitas. Friendly, helpful staff. Wish I could get past the watery beans...
