Look out chipotle! Mex Express is here! This place was awesome. The food was amazing. We got the steak bowl and a burrito. Look at the size of that thing. Seriously, check this place out. The people here were awesome as well. Going to be a great spot for a quick bite. Come check this out!

Placed online order on a Monday evening at 5:45. As I was planning the order it showed 10-15 minute wait. Placed the order and now it won't be ready until 6:30. One order of Arroz con Pollo, nothing else. Take my time, arrive at 6:20 and nobody is dining, 3 people in line. I'm told my order isn't ready as they are still cooking the seasoned rice. "We can give you white rice". "Ok, do that." I hear same employee offer white rice to one of the other customers as the seasoned rice is still cooking. Other customer says yes, gets food and leaves. Everyone has gotten there food and is gone. Employee says it is still going to be a little bit but as they are out of rice. Asked for a refund and left. 45 minutes and can't have a simple dish containing just rice, chicken, and cheese, ready. Plenty of taquerias in the area that always have that ready in 10-15 minutes. ******* I was not rude to your employee. I waited 10 minutes, patiently, then was told it was still going to be a bit, so I asked if he could refund it and expressed in frustration that it shouldn't take almost an hour for Arroz con Pollo. As for not allowing them to serve white rice, because then you would be out of both? There was nobody else in line and I had already paid for my food.

Many options to choose from as well as American food options for picky children ha I ordered pastor nachos...🤤 Two of my children ordered chicken fingers and fries thay gave them 5 stars And then my other two ordered bowls, both with white rice, cheese dip, and grilled chicken. (One ordered the chicken and the pastor.) Chips and salsa are offered, which is delicious!

Food had good flavor but, the burrito had so much juice coming out of it. It was literally pouring out from the burrito. I used about 20 napkins to clean it off my hands while eating. They need to drain the meat before assembling their meals!
