First and last time here, food was ok for portions but taste was less than desirable, had a mixed drink...bartender needs some training, cost was on the higher end for such low quality. Service was good, would recommend some training on customer interaction.

Easy to find parking. Food is good with sizable portions. Service is good most of the time. The dinning area is a wide open table and chairs with only a few booths. Bathrooms are clean but pretty far away from dinning area.

Recently visited this restaurant as I was a guest at the attached hotel. I was excited at the opportunity to have dinner and drinks without having to drive any where. My other option was Buffalo Wild Wings a short walk down the street. I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and the 20oz ribeye meal for dinner. The bartender was professional as I watched him measure out the drink ingredients and deliver the cocktail to me. I was a couple sips in while waiting for my food to arrive when the bartender approached me and said he would be unable to serve me anymore liquor. I only would be given beer going forward. Cut off after one drink? I should have cancelled my food order and left. I was planning to order a second Long Island during dinner and likely remain afterwards to watch football on the bar rail. C'mon, I am 50 yrs old. I was bothered that this happened. No plans to ever revisit. I'm not a foodie. Meal was average. Prices were fair.

It is difficult for me to understand such a wide range of reviews for this place. My wife and I travel a fair amount and we almost always rely on reviews when picking a place to eat. Seeing the 3.6 score on the Pallete, an American Eatery, we were reluctant to eat there. We stayed at the Wyndham, overslept a little and decided to have breakfast next door at the Pallete since is was very handy. Besides, how can breakfast get messed up anyway, right? We were very pleasantly surprised. I had the egg, ham and hash browns. My wife decided the veggie omelette. I fully expected the typical slice of processed ham, but received a generous portion of whole ham. You could tell it was cut right around the bone. Very tasty and quite a treat. My eggs and hash browns were great. My wife couldn't quit talking about how good her omelette was and tried to identify the seasoning that gave it such flavor. The server was super and facilities very clean. Food was great and prices very reasonable.
It might have been an off day for the restaurant, but me and my partner ordered the shrimp Alfredo and lasagna and got food poisoning. The shrimp wasn’t seasoned at all and the pastas were subpar.

Grilled chicken Alfredo was fine, but bland. Girlfriend found plastic cling wrap in her veggie pasta. They took the dish back and remade it, but didn't comp anything.
