They sent me a coupon in the mail for a free large two topping pizza yet the code says invalid. I was told that it isn't valid at my store so why in the hell was it sent to my address if it isn't valid? No one can tell me why. No one wants to respond so my complaint isn't taken seriously. Fifty dollars for 2 Pizzas and some bread sticks. The one pizza was like 3 bites. Ill be making my own from now on. I could have eaten all of it by myself and still been hungry so I just gave it all to the kids. Definitely won't be doing that again any time soon

Ordered for 6pm arrived at 5:50pm pizza was done already. If I wanted 5:50, I would have ordered for 5:50. Who knows how long it sat before being picked up.

Ordered online. Driver arrived with my order. It was not the complete order. I contacted the store. I let the woman know the issue with my missing items. She said she had 2 option for me. 1 a store credit. 2 Send the items with the next driver heading my way. (She stated she didn’t know when that was going to be.) I informed her I would not be in the area to place another order again. And was unhappy that the other option was to wait for the rest of my order and hope it would be in a timely matter. I told her I would just contact corporate and her response was “We are not a corporate store, Good luck! And hung up the phone on me!

I called to order pizza and placed a delivery order. They stated that the cheapest pizzas they had with the delivery fee was $20 so I went ahead and proceeded to order one pizza and the delivery fee total of $20. Then I received a phone call saying they can no longer deliver to me because they didn't deliver that late at night and if they didn't pick up the delivery order 30 minutes before they were supposed to close so they weren't delivering to me after I had already waited 15 minutes! Unprofessional

What is this? Little to no toppings, there's huge spots of no cheese on the pizza... my cheese bread also had little to no cheese... nothing TASTED bad but I'm very disappointed

My order has been screwed up the last two times in a row. I get last minute notifications that they are using door dash instead of their in house drivers. One of them just left it in my drive way didn’t even ring my door bell. This time they forgot the sauce cups I ordered and when I called they said they would bring them out but it would be a while. That was 4 hours ago and I doubt I’ll ever see those 6 cheese sauce cups that I paid for.

Ordered Delivery, 2nd time I have done this. 1st time was never delivered ! Made another pizza and delivered. OK fine honest mistake. Ordered another around 1300 for delivery at 4pm. Again ! Door dash sent me a txt that he put it in my hand. I described the house color the lights that would be one and everything. I have no Idea where or who he delivered it to. Never again Papa Johns ! Just had my knee replaced wife coming home from work wanted to have dinner ready and another order to be made and another hour late !

Ordered food sometime after 7 or 7:30, got notified that my pizza will be delivered by Door dash (had issues with this before already). Received my order at 8:38. Very upset with this choice of delivery. If y'all need drivers, POST AN AD! Last time I am gonna be ordering through the app this late at night. Gonna take my business elsewhere

Normally love the Papa but this one is going down fast. Last three orders the have messed up first order they some how forgot to make even though the app said it was done and waiting. Waited 30 min for them to remake when it was evident they gave my order to someone else. second messed up order third final straw. Ordered zesty Italian my favorite pizza and I alway check the box before leaving no sausage or banana peppers and I just got into an argument with management how’s the zesty Italian only comes with pepperoni. Final straw take your business elsewhere.
