I'm not sure if this change is company wide, but I worked at a pizza hut for several years and the food from here was significantly worse tasting. Staff was great but my boneless wing had a random crunch in it? And generally everything tasted worse than what I was eating daily for years.

We had to call to be seated cause there was ZERO employees to be seen. Asked our waitress for a cup of ranch she never brought it. Every time we come to this Pizza Hut the service is awful!

Service was trash no one came and checked on us couldn’t get refills had to walk up to the counter to refill it never came and cleaned our table and take the plates away. Spent $100 on 3 children and 3 adults and 1 infante this is a insane never going back there

Service was absolute trash on Sunday Dec. 8th around 1pm.. Spent $135 bucks on a party of 9... ended up stacking plates on a different table because they refused to take them away unless specifically told. No drink refills just absolutely ridiculous wait staff. Also had to tell them half the salad bar is empty.
We liked the food and service. Wish they still had the buffet at this location. They have it at the location across town now instead.

i had 3 of the dryest pizza! i order same thing every time! thin cheese w extra sauce. these pizzas had hardly any! and it stormed last night and my car messed up and started over heating. so, i asked the mgr if i could have a tiw truck pick it up in the morning and he said no! that i had to move it and i had till midnite till it would get towed! so i got doubly screwed and it didnt even feel good! like it would effect p h if a car was in ghe lot over night. they proved that they dont give a rats patoot about their customers! i ordered extra and barely any sauce was on pizza then they told me i had to move my over heated car outta their parking lot. please! i m not gonna ever give them another dollar sgain! please join me! they dont deserve us !
Parking: my car over heated and i asked the mgr if i could have a tow truck pick it up in morning. the mgr said no! and that i had till midnite to get it out of their lot or it d be towed! thanks for caring p h. i had to start my already overheating car and drove it 5 blocks to a friends apt! i will never give them a dollar again!
I have been looking for an old school classic dine-in Pizza Hut for years and this one did not disappoint! We drove from over an hour away just to eat lunch here and it was soooo worth it! We honestly had low expectations, very low, but we immediately noticed how clean and well kept this location was. Classic but not old. Modern but not “updated.” All the staff were super friendly and looked like they actually cared about their jobs, which was refreshing on its own. Most importantly though: the pizza and salad bar was so good! By far the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in decades. Perhaps because it was so fresh, but our pan pizzas were not even greasy, just very idk.. quality. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, crunchy crust, toppings were fresh. Overall it far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Pizza Hut Warsaw! What a trip down 90s memory lane ❤️

Sometime during our family visit, we ordered pizza and breadsticks at Pizza Hut. And I must compliment the breadsticks for their taste and texture! Of all the others I've been to, this place with a dine-in area makes pizza similarly to them. So, overall, they're satisfactory in taste.
I'd recommend ordering pizza from Pizza Hut, especially though, however, the well-seasoned breadsticks. Because I know that these appetizers serve considerably in addition to salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, melts, or even wings!

By far the BEST pizza hut I've been to ever! Breads ticks were perfect, pizza was amazing, and dont get me started on the alfredo. Service was fast, proper uniforms, and very clean! My first 5 star review and it's PizzaHut of all places?
