03/22/2024I ordered the royal feast baked spaghetti with extra sauce. When I picked my food up the spaghetti barely any sauce on it and definitely did not have extra sauce on it . I went in and spoke with who I assume was the manager. I told him I ordered extra sauce and there was not any extra. He said that the order calls for 2 spoonfuls of sauce and that's what I got. He stated he could remake it but it was correct. I did not have him remake it as I did order extra sauce and was charged for extra. As a manager you would think he would know that if I ordered extra and paid for extra then I should have recieved extra! Very poor customer service and food! I threw most of this dish away because it had no sauce on it! I also did not get my garlic bread that comes with the dish! Pizza king is just as bad as pizza hut with the quality and quantity of the food. The customer service from the manager was terrible ! if I had a choice of no stars I would have given them zero stars!!

I visited this location for the first time. The service provided by Joaquin was great. The Manager, Kevin even came out to see how we were doing and was very professional and upbeat. And of course, the pizza was amazing.

Frozen pizza at its best!! NASTY!! Forgot our order of garlic beard and then I called back with no answer. Maybe it was for the best they didn't send the garlic beard. Delivery was provided by Door Dash and you get charged for it.

We waiting over an hour for our pizza. We were the only ones there and they didn’t have any other orders. Our breadsticks were extremely hard and our pizza was cold and doughy. My family loves Pizza King but I don’t think we will be eating there for a while! Very disappointed.

It's a nice spot with good pizza. This pizza has cheese that doesn't hurt lactose intolerant people like myself.Has a little arcade too and a nice seating area. Bathrooms could use some cleaning but besides that everything was well!

Pizza came out wrong. I was on my lunch so didn't have alot of time to eat once the correct pizza came out.
