The salad bar was good and kept stocked and the slider burgers and onion rings were good as well. Sadly with only a few tables filled the service was very lackluster. Our waitress appeared a couple of times and kept drinks full but we witnessed two tables being sat and no one waiting them and they left. One person even said something to a waitress at the door and I overheard her say sorry and picked up her backpack and headed the other way. This is what makes or breaks an eating establishment especially when they seemed to have the staff to cover it. Doubting I will return as too many other options in the area.

We ate here this evening and had wonderful service! The gentleman that fills the salad bar did very well considering it was packed at the time. He was super polite and courteous. The food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

So i drive 400-600 miles a day and have gone to numerous restaurants.... But i got to give a huge shout out to Jessica at Ruby Tuesdays in Warsaw..... She was the best waitress we ever had..... Plus their food was anazing and they have one of the best salad bars...... So if you get a chance go in and i promise you wont be disappointed

From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and truly made our meal special. Her recommendations were spot on, and she checked in on us just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. I even got creative and made a turtle out of my leftover food, which she appreciated and laughed about, making the experience even more enjoyable. Addison's exceptional service made our visit memorable, and I can't wait to return to Ruby Tuesday! Highly recommend asking for her if you get the chance!
