She was incredibly helpful, providing great suggestions and answering all of our questions with a smile. Her service was attentive and made us feel welcomed. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and truly made our meal special. Her recommendations were spot on, and she checked in on us just the right amount, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. I even got creative and made a turtle out of my leftover food, which she appreciated and laughed about, making the experience even more enjoyable. They didn’t have the fish-n-chips for Friday lunch as they were awaiting their delivery… of course, as I was walking out to my truck, the delivery truck was unloading. I’m thankful they didn’t sell me old fish though! The Cheeseburger was my substitute.

I sat at the bar and Jessica C. the bartender was one of the best I have seen. She has a great sense of humor and able to assist with a great meal and drinks. It was the first time at Ruby Tuesday in Warsaw. I enjoyed my experience, meal and service.

Waited a hr to get our food. The waitress was almost non existent she came to check on us once. I get the bill handed her more than the amount due and She never returned with my change so that costed her a $20 tip. I always tip well but I figured you know what she can keep the $5.29. We were greeted by a LG transformer and a few others looked to be part of the rainbow Mafia working there seemed more lost rather than employed. Will not be returning it sure is a shame good people have to avoid going places due to the rabid mental illness.
