I needed a receipt for my order to expense it but was never offered one. It was “too late” by the time I asked for one. Shouldn’t really have to ask in the first place. It was also too late to scan for my Starbucks points. Then my drink had foam overflowing from the lid. This kind of service and they have the nerve to demand a tip. Absolutely ridiculous.
Edit - I tried this place again hoping for a better experience this time but of course not. After ordering, the barista just walks away without offering me a receipt. I need a receipt to expense for business purposes. 10 minutes later after talking to other people she comes back and I finally get my receipt. Then my first sip spills all over the cup and table because the lid wasn’t on all the way. And my order was wrong. It’s insane how incompetent this place is. Don’t waste your time.

Left is standing there waiting to order while she talk to someone about a schedule. Customers come first, I want to be contacted and reimbursed for my order. The order was wrong as well.

This is a great location! All staff that I’ve encountered are incredibly sweet and helpful, and always serve with kindness and a smile. Service has also been very fast here, with a perfectly sized drive through to accommodate for larger lines. This is a great way to start my mornings!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of pastries and beverages for vegetarians, and there are non-dairy options for drinks for vegans.

(This was a few months ago)I ordered an hot apple chrisp oat milk shaken espresso. I am SEVERELY lactose intolerant. Like if I have milk I get sick cannot use the bathroom for several days without pain or severe strain. The dude hands me my drink and I give it a little stir and RIGHT BEFORE he i take a drink he says “oh I made that with two percent milk is that alright?” I was baffled. I wanted to yell “TF? No it’s not alright I can’t have dairy!” Instead I told him to remake it and was just grumpy after that. I saw that someone else had this issue so I wonder if it wasn’t the same dude. Either way I really hope he isn’t there anymore.

I am Lactose Intolerant. I ordered a Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and I watched the barista make it with regular milk. I asked her if it was made with Oatmilk and she LIED to me saying it was. I had to tell her to remake it because i saw her make it with regular milk. Not sure why she thought that was acceptable to lie and think I wouldnt notice the difference. WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN.
Not a good experience! No oatmilk for the fall apple drinks then I ordered pumpkin cream cold brew and it was supposed to be buy one get one my husband and I paid full price he didn't no how to change it after we so we ended up paying full price!!

Great location inside of martins supermarket. Clean. Helpful. And friendly staff , a area for wifi and relaxing with plenty of chairs and a even handicap accessible with a elevator for the 2nd floor dining.
Vegetarian options: Martins has many sushi and salad options.
Parking: Lots of space. Handicap spots are plenty also .
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and wifi is available.

It should come as no surprise that I am in the top 20% of coffee shop reviewers if you've been following my other reviews. As such, I was asked to review this Starbucks.Where to even begin!?!Staffed by board-certified kind-hearts, they only sling perfection. This beats any Cafe I have ever been to, let alone all other Starbucks locations. Paris, Rome, Tampa Bay? Forget all of them. Warsaw Indiana is the official coffee headquarters of the world!Some snooty dude who claimed to be an official coffee connoisseur tried to contradict me, but the coffee here literally made his heart grow three sizes and he gave all the Christmas presents back to Whoville. THAT'S how amazing this place is!
