This subway is by far the worst I have ever been to. Got cold food, wrong ingredients and instead of them offering a solution they all laughed on the phone. So I will be leaving this review and calling corporate to complain about the teenagers that think their job is a joke.

The food was not fresh, everything was wilted. Waited 5 mins before someone even addressed me. Went to get ice and there was no ice. I asked or ice and the girl acted like it was the end of the world. The soda wasn't right so I asked about it and they said we'll that's the way it runs. She went to the back and complained to the other person working. I could hear her. Service was not ok. Will not be returning to this store. Never did get my drink but was charged for it.

For one when I walked in , they had loud rap music playing . Not subway radio . For 2 the place was a mess , stuff all over the floor and the veggies were wilted and tossed all throughout. 3rd thing the toaster was still heating up and they were just putting our stuff in there while it preheated until they thought it was ready . Both of our subs were luke warm . They also had an odd burnt/smoked flavor to them. The one guy was nice , he was working with a kid who was clearly new but no excuse for bad flavor and cleanliness. DISAPPOINTED with whoever is managing.

Subway was a very good chain, i would get two 6 inch subs and would put hot sauce, tuna, and chicken, and then i would eat it but now its mid i would rather go other places as they offer better food for a better price abd subway hit a hudge hill, food was good but now is mid, not bad tho. If i would i would rather go to jimmy johns or taco bell as they are cheaper and better.

The only reason yall got a 2 star instead of 1 is bc you made the half of sandwich I got right. ? But I ordered a footlong and only received half of my sandwich. ? I paid $10.54 and some for my sandwich bc I ordered off of a delivery app and you already knowwww I didn’t get a fair refund. So needless to say I am less than pleased and upset.

This subway is the best, I switched from Jimmy John’s, because they have steak! And I can order over the phone if it’s a single sandwich and pick it up on my quick lunch break. Great customer service!

The cold cut combo has pre packed meats ,the 6in supposed to get one package, the 12in two . I ordered a 12in cold cut combo, the first girl cut the bread open and put one package in ,then said it didn't look like there was enough meat to the worker next in the line for vegetables, she told the first girl it was right. I thought something wasn't right and when I got home I realized I had not got the correct amount of meat on the 12in cold cut combo. The manager or owner of this establishment needs to train the workers better if they want me to come back to this location Subway next to Gabes in Warsaw

Won’t take the coupon they sent me in the mail when I try to order online. I live less than two miles away. Already had picked out everything I wanted in app and wasn’t warned until then end this location won’t accept. Not like I was trying to use out of town. Why did you send me in the mail i I can’t use false advertising. No warsaw locations will accept.Update - changed to 3 stars instead of one. Coupons worked in store but app issues seas still very annoying.
