I've been waiting in the drive thru for my food for over 20 mins now. They are super slow. I just hope my food is fresh and taste good. This is ridiculous!!!

They need to fire the night manager the store is disgusting last night someone got the wrong order he threw the food on a back table and started eating it

3 stars is generous! I don’t give one star due to feeling this is off night. Even with that being said there should be no way possible I get pulled along with 6 other cars with 45 minutes wait times. I understand it’s Saturday, Drive Thru Times but still with waiting 45 minutes some of my items were cold and hard. Go to the Taco Bell by Walmart.

so was there for a Doordash and said it was ready for pick up. I went in and was waiting (as usual) and then started to get annoyed. Four other dashers came in and got their orders before mine. Mind you, they had huge orders and mine was 2 LARGE BAJAS! No employee even acknowledged me or asked if I needed help.

Nearly 30 minute wait, for a mobile order and after checking the bag before driving off I find out that they STILL didn’t have it right. It’s been years since I’ve been to Taco Bell. The other location is just as bad. Now it’s just going to be years again before I go to a Taco Bell in this town.

This is the worst taco bell in the united states. I have lived in 42 different states and this taco bell is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. It took them an hour to get my door dash ready so garbage

The Chicken Cantina Bowl is a rip-off. Barely any chicken. Unless you count the 1/2 teaspoon size pieces and the crumbs. Alot of lettuce and rice that's about it. Not worth ever getting it again. It also took over 25 minutes to get my order. I was the 3rd car in line. Just a total disappointment.
