I really wish these tacos and food had spice, it seems like the food is numbed up to a very Caucasian flavor. I grew up in a Mexican neighborhood on the south side of Chicago and really enjoy authentic Mexican food. This is definitely it, minus the flavor... But it's a taco truck. There's never anything bad off a taco truck!

I live out of state and had not been here in a few years. I happened to be driving through Warsaw recently and was excited to see they were open. I introduced my son to Tacos Jalisco for the first time. I had a burrito and he had the tacos. The food here consistently meets my expectations for authentic/quality Mexican fare and is a good value for the price.
