How you going to serve a baconator with charcoal black bacon? Manager literally lied on the phone, instead of being honest and apologizing for serving me bacon from breakfast. Rude woman, has no business in customer service. Didn't offer any sort of compensation or anything. Happens all the time at this location, will contact corporate today.

I ordered drive through for my family of 5. They gave my card back but no receipt. After receiving my food, I pulled into a parking space to get it distributed. My sandwich was missing. I went back in and they refused to make my sandwich without a receipt. They didn't care that it was their fault I didn't have a receipt. We won't be going back again.

Ohh ok Wendy's officially sucks was it only about 10 people in the dining room we had to wait 10 minutes plus what's one register open and we were still waiting ended up walking out with no order time wasted weThe the went to hacienda instead !
We went here for a mobile order last night and the staff was nothing but amazing, we got there not even 5 minutes after we placed the order and they had it ready quickly, the food was hot, they made sure we had everything we needed and were just all around really sweet, 200% will go back there next time I’m craving Wendy’s!
