We went here for a mobile order last night and the staff was nothing but amazing, we got there not even 5 minutes after we placed the order and they had it ready quickly, the food was hot, they made sure we had everything we needed and were just all around really sweet, 200% will go back there next time I’m craving Wendy’s!

I do not like fast food in general,so my standards tend to already be low.But everytime I’ve ordered from here I’ve always gotten fresh hot food,in a more than reasonable time.The opening crew is on point!!

I’ve always been a fan of Wendy’s salads and have ordered them many times, so I can usually tell when something isn’t right. Unfortunately, the one I received from this location was disgusting. The lettuce was soggy and brown, and the lid had a prep date on it—definitely not what I expect from a “fresh” salad. It tasted as though it had been sitting around for days. I’m disappointed, especially since this is my go-to order and I paid full price for something that should’ve been tossed, not served. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.

They have good food and I love when you get your food fresh or fresh fries and it is delicious and the baconator is my favorite meal and the classic chicken sandwiche my other favorite meal

There’s one woman that works the drive thru and she’s very short mannered. Seems like they want to rush you through. I love Wendy’s but hate going here.

The food here is really good but while i was waiting for my food i saw one of your employees raising her voice and being mean to one of the your other employees. I get that it’s stressful and thats valid but dont go taking out your anger on employees (that are clearly trying their hardest, im assuming they havent been there for a while) especially in front of customers. Thats a huge turn off. Smh ?‍♂️

Unless you have a half an hour to wait for fopd do NOTgo. I just waited 3 min to wait for 1 car to move in drive thru, waited another 2 min at the speaker after they said our moment, jist to be informed it'll be a bit longer because of a shift change.... it was 11:55am so you can't serve a customer at lunch due to shift change??? I've been in retail 16years and would never consider such a thing...
Thank goodness I'm moving out of warsaw so i can find a wendys that will assist their customers instead of making them wait several minutes at the speaker...

Went on a day they opened at 6:30 and we got there at 6:38. Nobody answered the drive through for a couple minutes, so we went to the window and they noticed us and opened the window. We asked if they were open, they said "we're not open yet" in a quite rude manner. We politely said "but you open at 6:30?" Which was rudely met with "but we aren't ready yet". No sort of apology or remorse, not a hint of customer service politeness.
