There’s one woman that works the drive thru and she’s very short mannered. Seems like they want to rush you through. I love Wendy’s but hate going here.

The food here is really good but while i was waiting for my food i saw one of your employees raising her voice and being mean to one of the your other employees. I get that it’s stressful and thats valid but dont go taking out your anger on employees (that are clearly trying their hardest, im assuming they havent been there for a while) especially in front of customers. Thats a huge turn off. Smh ?♂️

Unless you have a half an hour to wait for fopd do NOTgo. I just waited 3 min to wait for 1 car to move in drive thru, waited another 2 min at the speaker after they said our moment, jist to be informed it'll be a bit longer because of a shift change.... it was 11:55am so you can't serve a customer at lunch due to shift change??? I've been in retail 16years and would never consider such a thing... Thank goodness I'm moving out of warsaw so i can find a wendys that will assist their customers instead of making them wait several minutes at the speaker...

Went on a day they opened at 6:30 and we got there at 6:38. Nobody answered the drive through for a couple minutes, so we went to the window and they noticed us and opened the window. We asked if they were open, they said "we're not open yet" in a quite rude manner. We politely said "but you open at 6:30?" Which was rudely met with "but we aren't ready yet". No sort of apology or remorse, not a hint of customer service politeness.

I had Wendy's for the first time when they released the Krabby Patty Kollab meal. However, if it wasn't for the Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty and french fries, the meal (overall) would've been quite incomplete— like my Krabby Patty Kollab Burger was.
The burger was mostly plain, and there were no tomatoes in it. But the flavors (in its entirety) were very light, so that was still acceptable (since there were still flavors). All the food served was also still hot, though. And that's a bonus.
I'd recommend ordering fast food from Wendy's. Because I know the food is still hot when ready to serve, especially the fries!

I Received My Order Today On 10/15 And It Was The Worst. Everything In My Bag Was Cold...Not Even Close To Warm. Then The Employees Can't Seem To Get A Simple Order Correct. Or Hand Out Fresh Food. Who Wants To Order Food That's Not Fresh! PLEASE Do Better! So Gross!

So I stopped in to get a burger and fries. The worst burger I ever had. Fries were cold. Only half full. Workers inside were loud. Yelling cussing. Couldn't even eat it it was so hard. 8.00 waisted. Won't be going there again.

I don't know the young ladies name that was working the drive thru on 8/17/2024 but she was the friendliest staff member I've seen in a long time anywhere especially wendys. Most of the staff members are rude and not friendly at all but this young lady was so welcoming and deserves to be recognized.. keep up the good work young lady.

Pulled in the drive thru at 8:46pm and all I was welcomed with was, order when your ready. As I placed my order all she kept saying was ok..ok..ok. Then told me my total without repeating it or saying thank you. What’s wrong with a little customer service. I will not be back. I would rather drive to Columbia City where they at least speak like they don’t hate their job. I get it people get tired but it’s still your job to keep customers coming back.

When the right staff is on the clock , service and food is definitely fresh and polite. Crew tried to get orders out at a quick and timely manner.
