I don't know the young ladies name that was working the drive thru on 8/17/2024 but she was the friendliest staff member I've seen in a long time anywhere especially wendys. Most of the staff members are rude and not friendly at all but this young lady was so welcoming and deserves to be recognized.. keep up the good work young lady.

I am not big on Wendy's.. in all honesty I only eat the breakfast. Which is always made amazing!(I do love a good Cobb Salad though) I've only had one mess up coming to this location, but even then it was promptly fixed. Customer service at this location is beyond lacking! No smiles when you pull up, no kind demeanor at all. These employees seem to despise their jobs so much that they can't even crack a smile or give kind words. Great food BAD SERVICE!
