One of the original Chinese food joints in town, good buffet lunch on Monday lunch for a decent price, the price of their buffet hasn't changed I over 7 years that I can recall even though most businesses have been gouging the prices during the inflation era they still charge 8.50 for all you can eat buffet.Overall a good menu and they serve the large egg rolls not the tiny spring rolls most places push as egg rolls, the dumpling soup is tasty as well.

This was Cantonese and exactly what I wanted and expected. Actually I was only surprised by the price. Very reasonable. Glad I finally tried it. Will go back for sure. I think the bad reviews are people not realizing this is cantonese. The review about going in late kitchen was about to close. Common sense it’s a faux pas. I’m assuming the lady that took my order was also complained about in the other review Super friendly …no. Rude… no. Guess what my food was correct and done fast. So you know what she did? Her job.

This place is just awful. As soon as my family and I walked in the restaurant, we were instantly greeted with rudeness and attitude. The waitress was super rude and had a snob look on her face. The table we sat at wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t even get our drinks. Do NOT

Kathy is very rude and needs to be fired in my opinion. How can you work in customer service and treat people so badly, before they even start their order? No thank

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had Mongolian beef. Those at my table had pork lo mein, beef lo mein, general tso, crab Rangoon, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup, and happy family. We walked in at 7:30. Google told us Wong’s was open til 9. We were immediately huffed at for walking in the door. That should have been my first clue to turn around and walk out. Our server was about as grumpy as I’ve seen. She told us to hurry up and order because they were about to close. We all asked for waters. It tastes like it was out of the toilet tank. We asked for duck sauce. She said it was the brown stuff in front of us. We asked when ordering what the best thing on the menu was and she said she was sick of it all. Red flag number 2.White rice - was crunchy. Literally could hear everyone crunching it across the table. Either had been sitting literally all day and dried out or wasn’t cooked at all.Mongolian beef - slimy, tasted like it had brown gravy from a jar on it. Zero flavor.Beef lo mein - very mid-line but was one of the only dishes that was actually hot when we got it.Happy family - zero flavorHot and sour soup - was as if it had lost the black pepper lid in it when they shook it over the pan.Crab Rangoon was extra crunchy…cooked too long.We won’t be back. The reviews on here are very misleading. You can’t get this much wrong and still have a high number of stars. The man at the register was the only nice thing about the place.

Went for lunch. Buffet was very skimpy and there were no lights on the buffet itself. I will say that the egg roll was good, but not much else. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. Will not return and I won’t recommend to friends.

Upon walking in the place looked a little concerning, I ordered the chicken and broccoli and egg drop soup. The chicken and broccoli was Slimy and flavorless and the soup was gloopy and tasted weird. The best part of this meal was the small container of white rice that came with it

I have been by there 100 times and finally decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Good service, good food and good atmosphere.

This place is not what it used to be at all, placed an huge order for Easter dinner of 20 to go and only 1/3 of the food got eaten because it was bad. The orange chicken was burnt and had to be thrown away. The beef and broccoli had not one piece of beef, just broccoli and sauce. The crab ragoons had no flavor or filling. The cashew chicken also got thrown away and it was bad. It’s like it some of it was days old food. I had stayed away because the reviews had been bad but wanted to give it another shot since we used it to many years ago but we tried and will be staying away again. It’s a bummer how just how down hill it went.

John Wong's is back! Been going here for 40+ years and would agree with other reviews that a few years ago it was so-so. Had a fantastic lunch there today (Sunday) and the flavors were much more distinct, the textures correct, and a delicious meal like it was decades ago. On top of that, two of us ate for $20. and took home twice as much as we ate. Service was exceptional and there's a certain comfort being able to go back to a place and feel like it has been revived. John & Shirley would be proud.

Stopped while traveling. Found out a few things. Most importantly, Wong’s has been around 70 years!!! We had veggie fried rice and veggie Singapore noodles. Both were solid choices. It’s old school Cantonese style. Love the serving plates with the lids. The waiter was really kind and helpful.
