I would give no stars if I could. I came to the location inside and the manager in duty on this day at 7:30pm said in order to get the sandwich offered on the app once downloaded. I asked if anyone else understood how the app worked. It was the manager that was very unprofessional and when I asked if I could join st order the sandwich she stormed off and rudely said don't worry about it. I don't understand why people have to be so rude if you don't like your job or people find something that is better suit for you. Her name was Kristen

ZERO STARS!!!!! I HAD TO PUT ONE TO POST. Came in from another state after driving all day. Checked in to hotel and ran across to Arby's for a last minute dinner. It was the most disgusting horrible food I've ever had from any Arby's Ever!! I was too tired and hungry to go back to the restaurant so we ate what we could tolerate out of the $27 dollars of food. I called them and the manager thanked me for the input of the Terrible Food!! No offer of any kind of compensation, Nothing!!! I worked in the food business for a very long time and I would have been so embarrassed to do absolutely nothing for a customer. So Arby's, thanks for nothing, in every way!!!!!
